Located on the fourth floor of The Towers at LakePoint – Frisco's premier high-rise complex – this 2BR/2BA retreat is the perfect base camp for your Colorado adventures! Highlights of your cozy getaway include modern mountain décor and a private balcony overlooking Grays Peak, Torreys Peak, and Lake Dillon.

Your condo is within walking distance of the lake and minutes to incredible all-seasons resorts. Dip in the shared hot tub, or fire up the gas grill for a mountainside cookout.

LIVING AREA

Make yourself at home in the welcoming living room, furnished with a leather sofa, a love seat, and a rocking chair. A gas fireplace and a 55” cable TV and a DVD player set the scene for relaxing movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up hearty recipes in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with ample counter space and a suite of stainless steel appliances.

When it is time to eat, share meals at the dining table for four or perch at the two-person breakfast bar.

BED & BATH

This single-level condo sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in the inviting master bedroom, appointed with a comfy queen bed and a 45” cable TV. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Take in expansive views of Grays Peak, Torreys Peak, and Lake Dillon from your private balcony.

As a part of The Towers community, enjoy access to a hot tub and a built-in gas grill.

Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided.

This condo does not have AC. This fourth-floor unit is accessed via elevator.

The recently constructed Towers at LakePoint front Lake Dillon with views of numerous 14,000' mountain peaks and a location right on the Summit County trail.

Enjoy close proximity to the complimentary Summit Stage Bus Stop or walk 10 minutes to Whole Foods, Safeway, Vitamin Cottage, Starbucks, The Outer Range Brewery, and two liquor stores.

Venture 2 miles to catch a thrill at Frisco Adventure Park, offering tubing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, and a classic chuck wagon experience. During warmer months, rent a tandem kayak, a paddleboard, or a fishing boat at Frisco Bay Marina.

Have your pick of Colorado's superior ski destinations -- Copper, Keystone, and Breckenridge are all within 12 miles. In Frisco, you can check out seven ski areas within 20 minutes, cross country ski at The Frisco Nordic Center or on the trails around Lake Dillon.

Great Accommodations for our Breckenridge Ski Trip

This Lake Dillon condo was the perfect place for our 3-day ski trip to Breckenridge. Great location and super convenient to Breck. Unit had all the necessary amenities to make our stay great. We would stay here again on a future trip.

Awesome view. Bad management

This is a lovely affordable condo. You will not be disappointed by the view. Kitchen was adequate and the beds were comfortable. The management was terrible. No keys in the lock box when we arrived. Was told the cleaning people must have taken them during the prior cleaning which was days before. Odd though, that when I asked for an early check in they said it was not possible even though it appeared to be unoccupied for 3 days. Finally sent someone out to re-key the locks. They did comp us for dinner but seriously I just wanted to get into the condo. The TV had 5 (yes I am serious) remotes and was impossible to figure out unless you were 18 and an electronics geek. When I called and asked for an instruction sheet for the tv system I was referred to the house manual which was nowhere to be found. They called later and said they could walk me through it. Clearly they did not understand that this was not just a simple two remote system, that I could operate. Days later they called and said they could send someone out to help us. Really.?!?! Just gave up. If I were the owner I would dump this management company fast.

We are sorry to hear about the lock not working and the lack of a key in the lock box, the confusing remote controls and for any inconvenience this caused as well. At TurnKey, it’s our highest priority to make sure our guests have the best experience possible, but if problems do arise, we try our very best to make things right in any way we can. It looks like we were able to send someone out to fix the lock and replace the key. Beautiful place, well appointed, comfortable beds, easy access to elevator and parking. Convenient to Breck, Keystone, Vail. Quick walk to many stores.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, location, and furnishings. We came to ski 4 different mountains (Keystone, vail, breckinridge and Beaver Creek). Central location in perfect little town of Frisco was just right. Sleeps 4-5 comfortably (Queen, two twins, and sofa that spacious and comfortable to sleep on). Only thing wish was different was that the wonderful looking hot tub was closed due to CoVid :( Had small issue locating parking pass but turnkey management went out of their way to resolve and follow-up (excellent service). We would definately stay there again !

Exceeded Our Expectations

We went to Frisco to be with family and have access to Keystone, Breckenridge, and the surrounding area. The place was fantastic. It was clean, and beautiful. The bathrooms, TV's furniture and decor were all very nice and up to date. The pictures reflected the place. The location was also perfect. It is a few steps to hiking trails around Lake Dillon, and a few steps in the other direction to Starbucks. We utilized the hot tub after skiing, and the best part was seeing moose outside the window. The condo was within walking distance to a microbrewery, and other stores and restaurants. Directions about keys, arrival, departure and amenities were clear and easy. I made one call regarding internet access and received immediate customer service and resolution. Truly a wonderful trip and place.
