Living room features fireplace setting with rustic mantel and matching wood beams throughout, leather sofa set; wood tables; large screen TV with DVD player. Dining room has pub height table with lake views. Fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar with seating for 3. Unit laundry room; free cable and high-speed Internet; on site pool and tennis courts. Great location with outstanding lake views from both inside and outside for all visitors & Davidison College families!

This is a beautiful condo, stocked with everything you could need! The location is great for walking and there is a terrific restaurant only a 5 minute walk!

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was even more beautiful in person, with stunning views of the lake. A great restaurant and pools are within walking distance. The hosts were easy to communicate with and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I highly recommend staying in this condo — you won’t be disappointed!

Loved our stay and this luxury condo! Very clean, updated and well-equipped with comfortable bedding. Plenty of room for 5 adults. The best part is the large balcony with a perfect view of the lake! Stunning!!

Another great stay!

Larry and Pat are the consummate hosts. Their home is a wonderful place to stay on Lake Norman. This visit included my senior parents who were seeing my son at Davidson for the first time. The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay, from the kitchen to a fantastic porch overlooking Lake Norman for an evening cocktail.

Good time as always!

The stay was great. We have stayed in this complex 4 times now. Love they have elevators. Makes getting luggage in easy. The condo was great. Great views, well equipped, and comfortable. Visiting a friend who lives in Mooresville. We will be back in the Fall. Definitely recommend this condo!!!
