Wonderful 4 season 4 bedroom home with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances.. House sleeps 10. Finished lower level with video center, and sectional couch, . 2 large, smart TVs to access, your favorite Netflix, Disney, prime, and sports, etc. Guest passes to the community recreational center with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, gym, game room, tennis courts, pickleball, and great hiking trails are included. Our home is located one block from the haystack, hiking trailhead It's a short five minute drive to charming Wilmington center for shopping and restaurants. It is a fifteen minute drive to Mount Snow for mountain biking , and hiking.

Gem on the hill!

This is the best property on Chimney Hill. It has all the comforts of home and is kept in immaculate condition. I do not write many reviews but felt inclined to recommend this wonderful house so a family can enjoy it as much as we did!

Columbus Day Family Trip

Beautiful and comfortable home, well-equipped Kitchen, cozy beds and lines. Location is great for exploring southern Vermont. The downstairs was awesome for family games. Bunk bed room was a kid favorite. Communication with the host was easy. I recommend this place highly. Great house Great location!!

Beautiful mountain getaway!

This is our family’s second time renting this property. It is a fantastic house with all the modern amenities you can ask for with a chalet feel. The house is kept in immaculate condition and spotless. Great place for a family gathering!!!

Columbus Day VT Trip

House was beautiful, immaculate and extremely well equipped. Kids enjoyed the downstairs play area and we all loved the fire pit! Everything was close by and we got to enjoy the Clubhouse. Owner was exceptional with information for a great trip!

Outstanding accommodations!

We had a wonderful family summer weekend here! The house will easily accommodate several couples or families with children. It was very clean, the beds are comfy and the kitchen and baths are well stocked. The back yard is big enough for kids to play and the fire pit is big enough for all to make s'mores! It is in close proximity to boating, hiking and golfing, not to mention the neighborhood amenities of swimming, basketball and tennis. In fall and winter it would be very cozy with the gas fireplace! Communication with the host, Mary Anne was quick and easy. Our family would definitely come back again!

Friends and Family Weekend

Fantastic house! Great layout with space to gather and relax for multiple couples or large family. Very comfortable furniture and bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen with large table and open into the living room which was nice for eating in. House was very clean and well stocked. Mary Ann was very helpful answering questions and providing suggestions in advance of our stay.

Everything We Needed

We had a fantastic time staying at this rental property! It was well stocked with necessities, very clean, and had tons of space to relax. It was easy to drive into Wilmington and the Chimney Hill Clubhouse facilities were great. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the peaceful setting. The owners provided a wealth of information and had great suggestions for activities. I would absolutely book here again.

Relaxing family weekend

I had a great time at Mary Anne’s. Host was welcoming and easy to get in contact with for any questions. House was just as described - immaculate, cozy with plenty of firewood, boardgames and a pool table for family fun. Location is great near Haystack trail, the chimney hills rec club (although we didn’t have time to enjoy) and a short drive from the reservoir. Would love to go back some day jn a different season (went in late summer).

Beautiful home in a perfect setting

This is our family's third trip to Chimney Hill, and this is easily the nicest house we've stayed in. It's a gorgeous cabin just 10 minutes from Wilmington center, a short drive to the CH clubhouse (with indoor/outdoor pool, playground, grills, arcade, gym), and a 5-minute walk to the hiking trail up to the top of Haystack Mountain! The house has a gleaming, well-equipped kitchen, comfy living room, awesome basement (with board games, air hockey, pool table), nicely sized bedrooms, and a great deck overlooking the big yard with firepit. The caretakers communicated well before and during our stay, and were especially helpful when the power went out in the area from a big storm! We look forward to staying here again!
