With its 10 windows offering a diversified view, you will be able to contemplate the ocean of the stay and to see Houat and Hoëdic on the horizon. The port and citadel will be part of the daily decor. The kitchen overlooking the lock, you prepare meals with eyes riveted on the incessant parade of boaters in the summer.

350 m from the landing stage, 100 m from the bus station and with some bicycles at your disposal, the holidays without a car are quite possible and can be even recommended to take full advantage of the atmosphere of an island.

The building was built more than a century ago.
The apartment has been completely renovated in 2015 in order to preserve the charms of the old: parquet floors, fireplaces, moldings and cornices. Special attention has been paid to the decoration and the equipment is modern and functional. The common areas have been completely renovated in 2018 (stairwell and renovation).

The apartment, with an area of 62 m2, has 7 beds for 4 adults and 3 children maximum.

For extra comfort, end-of-stay cleaning and sheets are included in the price. Tenants have free Wifi access. A household kit (laundry, dishwasher tablets, tea towels and toilet paper) is provided for the rental week.
