We offer an immaculately clean villa that is completely remodeled with high end finishes and modern decor. Our villa is within steps of Lake Mille Lacs and offers amazing views of the lake and the spectacular sunsets.

Enjoy the 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths unit with a a screened in porch and deck off of the master suite. The kitchen offers brand new appliances, cabinets and granite counter tops. The kitchen islands itself seats 10 and is perfect for entertaining friends and family. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all of the items you will need during your stay. The living room has a wood burning fireplace that makes those chilly evenings a bit more cozy or step outside to the outdoor fire pit that sits just off the shore.

All 3 bathrooms offer new cabinets with marble counter tops and quality bath towels. The master bedroom includes a master bath, a king size bed as well as an amazing view off of the master deck. The second bedroom offers sleeping for 5 with 2 bunk beds (twin/twin and twin/full) and a private bath.

We have a Weber charcoal grill as well as many outdoor lawn games to enjoy with your family and friends.

Izaty's resort is a hidden gem that is close to the twin cities and has so many great amenities. The 18 hole golf course is one of the best in the state and Lake Mille Lacs offers the best bass fishing in the country. The lake views are mesmerizing and the sunset views are stunning. The marina offers pontoon rentals as well as slip rentals, if you prefer to bring your own boat. The lawn area is expansive with lots of room for outdoor games.

The best part about this resort, however, is the friendly people you will meet. This really is the perfect spot for a great vacation.

We do not allow smoking or pets, and you must be 25 years of age to rent.

Long weekend getaway

My wife and I stayed at this lakeside villa four nights in mid October. We loved the location on the southern shore of Mille Lacs lake. The villa is well appointed, cozy, and very comfortable. We especially liked having a king size bed. So many rentals do not. The views of the lake from the upper bedroom balcony were great and the lower screened in porch was very nice as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a beautiful villa! The lake and resort were very quiet during our stay. We had several rainy days, so we enjoyed the provided games. Everything that we needed was provided.

Great Sunsets and Great Hosts

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our July 2024 stay! The sunsets were great and there was plenty of firewood available for the fire pit. Our kids enjoyed making S‘mores. They also had all the kitchen supplies needed for cooking. Overall, this is a nice property and we highly recommend!

Great time on our stay

We had a weekend stay for a family reunion and everything worked out perfect. We have stayed in John and Linda’s Izaty’s VRBO villa for consecutive years and it never disappoints.

Amazing stay!

The property is just as listed. The place was very clean, newly remodeled and everything we expected. The yard and lake were beautiful. We used the yard for family to gather to play yard games and sit and relax. The view of the lake was amazing. We loved having the pool to use and lake access. We wiuld highly recommend!! Thank you for an amazing long weekend stay!

Nice stay

We enjoyed staying at John and Linda's townhouse. It was conveniently located between the clubhouse (pool area and restaurant) and the tennis/pickle ball courts. Nice accommodations, well stocked kitchen. Izaty's could use some up keep but they are under me ownership so hopefully those changes come with time.

Summer Break

We had unfortunate weather during our little family trip, but a lovely time, regardless. Our favorite thing was probably the giant peninsula/table for dining and playing games. It was ideal for our nerdy family beginning a new D&D campaign together! The one sunny day we had we also enjoyed the pool tremendously.

We had such a fun time-the villa was perfect and well stocked. We loved the s’mores supplies on the counter and the host was so flexible and helpful with us! So much to do at this resort for all ages! We’ll be back.

Beautiful location

We loved staying here. Izaty’s was a really fun location with fire pits, golf, a great swimming pool, fishing, etc. But it was this property that made it incredible. The owners communicate really well, the property is very clean and new, and they think of all the little things that make the difference (firewood, toiletries, etc). A must stay!

Very cute villa and great location

The property is located at the Izaty's Resort and in the villa area. Very clean and as described. The screened-in porch was my favorite spot to watch the lake and kids play in the flat backyard. Kitchen had everything we needed and the extra long table was great for games, large dinners and providing space for the kids to do projects. Highly recommend. Great communication too!

Wonderful place to stay!

We enjoyed our visit. Very nice place to stay with everything you need for a visit. Really enjoyed being close the the pool and able to fish whenever we wanted to. Even had time to play a round of golf. I would definitely come back again!

Family vacation

Beautiful condo on the lake. Owner was very responsive close to/during our trip. Nice resort and golf course. Not much to do or many places to eat outside of the resort. Good for getting away from it all.

Clean and Close to Amenities

My family enjoyed their stay at John and Linda’s place! The grandkids loved having their own bunk bed room and everything was very clean. The location was close to the pool and other amenities and the view of the lake and fire pit was amazing. John was great about communicating and was very kind and understanding. Beautiful condo

The condo was well stocked with everything you need . It was clean and had a fire pit out back . John and Linda were so nice and allowed us to get an early check in so we were able to meet our family . The views are beautiful. We come back every year.

This is our second time

It's everything you need and more. It's modern, spacious, and clean. Not to mention, positioned right by the fire pit, central to the other amenities, and has a great grass area right off the back. The beds are also...amazing. We would/have stayed again!

We are both in the field of education and love what we do. We have 4 children and spend a great deal of time with our kids and their activities. We purchased this property and did a total remodel because we love the resort and completing home improvement projects. Therefore, this was the perfect fit for us. We enjoy traveling with our family as well and have used VRBO for our own traveling experiences. We appreciate an updated and well maintained place when we travel and want to provide that for others as well.. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
