Welcome to Villa Isabella, your dream getaway nestled in the heart of Rincon, Puerto Rico! This stunning oceanfront villa is perfect for families or groups of friends, accommodating up to 10 guests in its spacious 5 bedrooms. With 4 bathrooms, everyone will have their own space to unwind after a day of adventure.
As you step into this luxurious upper-level villa, you’ll be greeted by a bright and airy open living and kitchen area. The large sectional sofa is perfect for lounging while you catch up on your favorite shows or enjoy a movie night. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including cooking basics, pots, pans, and silverware.
Two of the bedrooms feature private bathrooms, while the other two share two additional bathrooms, one of which is equipped with bunk beds—ideal for the kids! Each room is designed for comfort, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.
Step outside onto the expansive balconies and terraces that overlook the mesmerizing blue waters where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea. The private hot tub is the perfect spot to relax and soak in the breathtaking Rincon sunsets. Enjoy a BBQ with friends on the grill, or simply lounge in the hammock with a good book. Native to Puerto Rico, Jose Luis Quiñones the owner of Sunset Paradise Villas has been passionate about the Ocean since his early age as a Surfer in Toa Baja. Naturally born a business man, Jose Luis started his first business as a teenager building and confecting customized surf boards for Surfers from all over the Island. As an entrepreneur, being always true to his passion, the young Quiñones moved closed to the beach in the early 2000 to develop the first Surfers House in the Island’s North Shore in Vega Alta and Isabela, the first “All Inclusive Surfing Tour in Puerto Rico”. Shortly after, he developed La Villa in Aguada, a successful vacation rental property where he welcomed travelers from all over the world.
Always evolving and keeping up with the trends of the Market, in mid 2020 José Luis had the opportunity to acquire Sunset Paradise Villas, an exclusive private property in a privilege location, directly on the water in the beautiful town of Rincón. From renovations to the Villas accommodations and designs to the selection of water sports equipment and programs launched for all guests, the new owner came quickly to transform the Sunset Paradise Villas to offer a World Class experience for guests of all ages.

For transportation, it is advisable to rent a car, which will make it easier to travel the most distant parts of Rincón in a short time. Walking distances could be long.
The property is located from downtown about 5 minutes by car and about 30 minutes walking.
To the lighthouse and the surfing beaches it can take 11 minutes by car and more than an hour walking.
