Casa Del Mar Beachfront House on quiet beach, surf out front, tidepools for kids

Fully furnished beachfront home on the 2nd floor located on a private gated family lot at the end of a dead end. The two bedrooms include king beds, ceiling fans and A/C. Enjoy relaxing in the hammocks on the front patio with palm trees and ocean breeze. You might be lucky enough to see a whale, dolphin or manatee. Or enjoy using the BBQ on the back patio (gas or charcoal) complete with outdoor dining table. The full kitchen is fully stocked to make all of your meals at home or you can walk to the local bakery or restaurants. Feel free to use the outdoor shower after visiting the tidepools or undeveloped mile long beach where you can fish, snorkel, swim, surf. We have boogieboards, surfboards, kayaks, SUP's and beach gear available for use. This house is centrally located on the west side of the island so it's easy to take daytrips north, south or central to explore caves, waterfalls, lighthouses. Downstairs is a separate apartment and we respect their privacy and desire for little to no noise as they will do the same in return.

Bryan is a great host. He was communicative, helpful, and very accommodating with adjusting our check-in/out times. The property is right on the beach and hearing the ocean all night is quite the treat. The space is a little small, and older, but it is well maintained and comfortable.

Getting to the home was a little challenge from the San Juan airport but the challenge was worth it. Beautiful ocean views all day. Beautiful home with almost everything you needed. The shower is tricky but just was quick to respond and assist. Would recommend to experience the stay. Lovely.

Incredible view and location. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed surfing and paddle board just out the door. Felt like a private beach- it was was amazing.

Very nice place & host was a great communicator. It is a two family home & the rental is on the upstairs portion, we were not aware it was a two family property but we found no problem in it. Right on the beach, over all perfect. My only flaw was while I was looking for bandaids, because it seemed like the host had plenty of miscellaneous items, while opening the first aid kit there was nothing in it besides a hidden pipe & lighter with the strong smell of... definitely did not expect to find that.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location is nice & quiet. Away from the hustle & bustle, but about 100 steps to the beach! Host was good at communication, the place was clean, we appreciated the provided drinking water. The only issue we had was the oven wasn't working, but made it work with the provided toaster oven. We look forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and restful. We typically choose rentals away from touristy areas and the location of this one was just what we were hoping for. The views from the unit and the beach was beautiful! It was like having our own private beach because there was practically zero foot traffic. I loved that! The surrounding community has more restaurants, food trucks and road side stands than I could count, so u won't go hungry. The Host is awesome! We had to contact him once during our stay with an issue and he was quick to respond...turned out it was user error.There were enough towels and blankets and beds were comfortable and AC worked great! The unit itself worked for us but I'm happy to hear that updates are coming!

The house is in a great location, and the beach is beautiful! Very few people on the beach, and depending on the time of day, the beach and the water look different each day! My son and husband enjoyed driving around and exploring the area. Everyone we encountered was so friendly.

Pros: Location right on the beach is wonderful. Breath taking waves. Bryan is a wonderful host. Beds are comfortable.Cons: The interior could use updating. Kitchen and bathroom are functional, but old. One sofa has a lot of stains.

We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. This house is beachfront. There’s nothing between you and the ocean. So beautiful! The host was incredible! He was very quick to fix anything that needed it. He was great with our kids! He helped the kids cut open coconuts and even taught us how to surf. Such an incredible place!

If being on the beach is your number one priority, this is your place. The view and proximity to the sand can’t be beat. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood with a lot of friendly families and on a nice night everyone is on the beach. It’s not really a swimming beach in the winter but you can dip in the tide pools, surf, and it’s great to sit and enjoy the sunset. We used the grill on the back patio most nights but the kitchen was fully equipped too. Brian was very communicative and friendly. Don’t miss the donuts at Eileen’s!

The experience with Bryan was outstanding from start to finish. We had very few questions, but Bryan was reachable at all times. The place was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. Bryan gave us recommendations for local restaurants, surfing tips, and clear instructions. We would be thrilled to come back.

We had the absolute BEST experience, and so much of that was thanks to Brian! From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect for us. He went above and beyond in every way — answering questions, offering great recommendations, and making us feel completely taken care of the entire time.And the views… WOW. Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to those beautiful, peaceful views each morning was something we’ll never forget. It felt like a dream. The scenery alone would have made the trip special, but paired with Brian’s incredible hospitality, it truly made this experience unforgettable.We cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you, Brian, for making our stay so amazing — we will absolutely be back!

This property is in an excellent location, just steps from a beautiful, uninhabited beach. Our children loved exploring the beach and playing in the waves. You're also very close to beaches in Rincon and Aguadilla (we loved Crash Boat beach). Do not miss the Art Walk night on Thursdays in Rincon. There's a small bodega within walking distance, and a full grocery store 5 minutes away. Grab breakfast or lunch and Eileens (a bakery at the end of the street). We loved sitting in one of the multiple hammocks with a book, taking in the breeze and the beautiful turquoise water directly in front of the property.Due to a slight mix-up, we ended up in the first-floor unit so I can't comment on the interior of this 2nd floor unit (the first-floor unit is lovely and well maintained, so I would infer the same about the upstairs). Beach towels, beach chairs, surf boards, body boards, umbrella and beach toys are all provided. Host Bryan is an incredible resource! He can point you towards any activity you might be interested in, and was always easy to reach. We hope to come back one day.

Amazing!

We loved our stay at Casa Del Mar! Clean, super comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The beach was amazing and we often had it to ourselves. Since we were there I'm the July heat, we were grateful for the AC. Highly recommend! Perfect accommodations for our family vacation.
