Riverdance has New LG appliances, central air conditioning which sits right on the beautiful San Juan River. The deck offers incredible views of deer, duck, geese, magnificent long range mountain views as well as a panoramic view of Pagosa Springs and the world famous Hot Springs. The deck is so close to the river that you could actually fish from the deck as well as enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river from the master bedroom window upstairs.

I have appointed my townhome with many of the features that discriminating travelers expect in their lodging, such as a HD flat screen SMART TV with satellite stations, incredibly comfortable beds and two new king size beds or twin beds to greet you after your active day in the mountains, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to grab a quick meal or, if you choose, prepare a gourmet meal to enjoy in the beautiful dining room.

Riverdance is located within walking distance of Pagosa Springs where you can enjoy this delightful mountain village with its movie theater, fabulous food, a brand new nature hiking trail on the river and of course the world famous hot springs.

In winter Pagosa Springs is world famous for its powder snow and you will find the world class Wolf Creek Ski area just a short 20 minute drive from your front door. This was a great property. Decorated nicely, felt like home. Close enough to town to walk. This is a great place. We pray for rain and snow this winter season as Colorado and our home Texas needs it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed, with all the appliances and amenities we needed. Being right on the San Juan River made the location even more special. The host, Beth, was very responsive, communicative, and easy to contact. This was our 2nd time staying in this condo and it’s one of the nicest, most well appointed properties that I’ve stayed at. The owner, Beth, is an amazing host and she has put so much thought and effort into this condo and it shows. Everything and anything you would need is provided for your stay and it’s all very high quality. The place is awesome!

We enjoyed our stay at Riverdance - it's in a perfect location, overlooking the San Juan River. Every day we saw wildlife from the balcony, which was a real treat. The place is beautifully furnished and well maintained, and the kitchen is well stocked. It's in a quiet neighborhood, far enough from the main street to not have any noise, but close enough to be able to walk to. We really appreciated having access to the garage, allowing us to park our car inside. Overall we highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable place. Great location, right on the river with a fantastic balcony, close to the hot springs, close to downtown. Very well stocked kitchen. Has a garage. Beds are comfortable. And a ping pong table! I would stay again.

The location for this property is wonderful -- sit on the deck and watch the wildlife on the river, walk to town or the park, see the beautiful mountains. The place is comfortable and well-appointed. We really loved our stay there.

We recently stayed at this VRBO in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and it was an outstanding experience. The property is in a beautiful, peaceful setting with incredible views, yet still close enough to town to easily enjoy restaurants, shops, and the hot springs.The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared—from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living space that was perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. The beds were comfortable, and the entire space felt welcoming and relaxing.One of the highlights was how easy the entire stay was. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed.Pagosa Springs is such a great destination, and this property made the trip even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit.

Beth’s place was perfect and extremely comfortable for 4 adults. The beds were great, kitchen well stocked, chairs to sit outside on both the front and riverside balconies. The location was excellent, it was close to town, a park, the Springs resort. Would gladly stay there again!!

Beth’s home was perfect for our stay. It was easy to walk to downtown for coffee, shops, lunch, or the springs. The beds were very comfortable with a wonderful view. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as plenty of towels, blankets, etc. the kids enjoyed the ping pong table and games. We loved our stay! Thank you!!
