The house was great. The location was great. My only issue was the pool. It listed the pool as an amenity, but you have to read further down to see it is a fee entrance pool. And it is about a mile from the house. So it was not what I expected. But otherwise, excellent stay.

Quiet & Beautiful Stay!

We had a wonderful time at the house! It was clean, quiet, dark at night, and in a great area of Pagosa. The beds were super comfy, too. We loved sitting on the front porch in the cool mornings and enjoying a cup of coffee - we saw the hot air balloons & deer! Would absolutely stay again & recommend to others. We felt right at home!

Everything was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very spacious and the beds we’re comfortable.

Quiet stay

Home was very nice and cozy! The fireplace was AMAZING and heated the entire home without even needing to turn on the heat. Home was easy to find and less than 10 minutes to town. Beautiful views and quiet street. Even with recent snow all of the roads leading to the property we’re well taken care of, no need for 4WD/AWD. Beds were quite firm.

Ski trip

Great home for our family of 6. Bedrooms are spacious- extra loft area for grandkids to watch tv. Lots of outdoor area to build snowmen and garage area with walkway to house. Lots of windows to enjoy the view and snowfall. Property management had driveway cleared for us during our stay after heavy snowfall- that was unexpected but so greatly appreciated! We would rebook this home on future visits! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Nice place

Nice place, comfortable bed, everything you might need. Clean place and close to downtown. Only issue we had is the first night the CO detector went off at 3am but it turns out the detector needed to be replaced.. which isn't their fault. We got a new one and they reimbursed us. I'd stay there again!

Outdated cabin

The property is a good location but the inside is dated and no views other than neighbors. This property is not for mature adults who are here for relaxing. The one tv is up in the loft with bad seating. The chairs and sofa downstairs are very uncomfortable. There is no outdoor grill, chairs or hot tub.

Owner's response: "Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. The property description and photos are accurate and I don’t believe are misleading. As an adult, I find the seating in the living room and loft to be quite comfortable, but I’ll take your opinion into account. There are some camp chairs in the garage that guests can use outside, but I will consider alternative outdoor seating."

2023 Ski Trio

Great location in Pagosa Springs- close to restaurants, gas stations and Walmart and easy drive to Wolf Creek ski area. Perfect house for our family of 6- spacious bedrooms and loft area- plenty areas to store your luggage, clothes, etc. Full kitchen, washer/ dryer available to use. Lots of windows to enjoy the view. Heavy snowfall during our stay- management sent people to clear the driveway for us- very greatly appreciated! Management checked in with us by text during our stay if we didn’t anything- we didn’t but we appreciated the contact. We would stay here again!

Very clean and well stocked!

We loved the quiet area and the proximity to fun activities. We had daily visit from deer and hummingbirds. The place was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable beds. The only down side was there is no air conditioning, so a few extra fans would have been nice to have at night. Overall loved it and would highly recommend!!!

Comfortable Stay

Nice comfortable stay. Cabin was clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Front porch is great for sitting and enjoying the mountain air.

Checks all the boxes in Pagosa Springs

Have visited Pagosa several times in the last year and was nervous picking a place that was new and had no reviews. Took a chance and was pleased with the outcome. The location is close to stores and restaurants but far enough you do not hear the road noise. The home backs to a golf course and has a detached garage for parking (our f150 did not fit due to a work bench). The home had all the kitchen items needed, the bathrooms had towels, soaps etc. The beds were SUPER comfortable. The winter stay was even more enjoyable with the heated floors and gas fireplace. Don't let the two front doors fool you, this is a nice space at a good price in Pagosa Springs. Local property manager is excellent too.

Nice cabin

Perfect sized cabin for 6. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Nice and clean. It's about a 45 min drive to wolf creek. And located close to excellent restaurants. The beds were Very Comfortable!
