Step into this Italian-inspired home! Inviting entryway on the first floor lead to 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, situated oceanfront. 1.5 bathrooms and laundry room are also located on the first level. Fun arcade game in the entryway also included!

Beautiful tile-accented stairs lead up to the second floor featuring an open-concept kitchen and living room with stunning ocean views. Large flat screen TV and entertainment center in the living room. Fire up the BBQ grill and kick back on the balcony and enjoy the sunset over the water. Living room next to gourmet kitchen with professional stainless appliances, granite counters, dining table in its own alcove that seats 6. Guest bedroom with queen, attached bathroom, and additional half bathroom in hallway complete this level.

The spacious master suite with king bed makes up the third floor and features see-through fireplace, sitting area and private beachfront balcony. Large en-suite master bathroom includes double-sink vanity, separate shower and bathtub and walk-in closet.

Other amenities include 2-car driveway parking, beach chairs/toys, Wifi and cable.
The garage now has a brand new EV charging station.

House is gorgeous! Right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location. Main living area is huge and plenty of space for everyone. Lots of beach bikes and toys in garage. Plenty of bathrooms - a plus! Since its at the end of the street - there is also some extra street parking which is quite nice. Our family will definitely be booking this one again.

Perfect for large families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this property in hopes of having a quiet, relaxing beach vacation, and this place exceeded our expectations! This beach house was the absolute perfect space for our family of 8. We all had plenty of rooms and bathrooms, and no one felt cramped. This house is right next a naval base and an access road to the beach, however neither of these were an issue as this is a relatively quiet area with only a few beach goers coming and going during the day. Only real issue for us was the light pole that blocks part of the driveway, which made it difficult for me to park (we had two full-sized vehicles).

This is a wonderful beach house that’s well appointed with exceptional views. The sunsets and views of the Channel Islands were amazing. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms and we had a lovely time cooking together and gathering for Thanksgiving week.

We had the best weekend getaway. The house is right on the beach with incredible view. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves. Everything was super clean, the bed was really comfy, and the place had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to cozy blankets. It honestly felt like home. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Friends Weekend

Perfect place for family beach vacay

We got this property for my family of 5 and my 82 year old mother. It was perfect for my mother who was able to walk on the small road next to the property down to the waterfront, instead of having to walk that distance on the sand. She kept remarking how perfect of a location it was and how beautiful the views were.

Family get away

Property is well kept and right next to the beach. Only issue is that it is adjacent to the a road that leads to beach parking. It wasn't an issue for us but there was a quite a bit of traffic. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

The house had everything as listed. Very clean with plenty of towels and blankets. The rooms are very spacious. The sunsets were amazing. My favorite reason tobook a beach house. The stores are 5 minutes away with local restaurants near by.

Exactly as advertised

The property was exactly as advertised. Great location — kids loved being able to walk out the back door and be on the beach. I’m sure we’ll be back in the future.

Great spot, stellar house

Awesome floorplan, beachfront. Clean and fully accomodating. Would rent the space again. The elevator is very cool. Everything in the listing was accurate. Kitchen has all the utensils, dishes, and cooking tools.

They are so professional and efficient in communicating with the people renting the property. Even though their phone message says they will get back to you during the normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm), you will surely get their prompt response within a couple hours no matter the time and day.Also, the house is professionally cleaned and maintained. We have stayed 4 times at this property, and will stay again for sure.

Family Trip to La Dolce Vita

Reviewer Comments: The location worked great as it was fairly central to where our kids live (Phoenix and SF) and we could all meet there for a nice long-weekend family trip. The house was very comfortable and worked for our needs and the 4th of July fireworks on the beach were great! We would rent it again.

Family Spring Beach Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is amazing! Set right on the beach with stunning sunsets each night. Three floors was a concern but the elevator made it super simple to haul heavy luggage and groceries to the right floor. Every room was spotless with warm welcoming decor. The kitchen has an industrial range/oven that can handle large groups easily along with a very large high end refrigerator and freezer. We loved the boogie boards to play in the waves. Only draw back was there is no air conditioning. The home does cool down through the night but I sleep very hot and it was a struggle being comfortable in bed. I recommend this place to those looking for easy beach access and having fun in the sun!

New Years Getaway

We were pleasantly surprised to see the Christmas tree still up, which added such a warm and festive touch to our stay. We absolutely loved it and it made the experience even more special.The entire house was spotless, well-organized, and clearly very well cared for. Parking was easy with both street and driveway options available. We brought our own bikes, but it was great to see that bikes are also provided at the property for guests to use.The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of bathrooms, which made things very convenient for our group, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—everyone slept great.The property management team was fantastic. They were responsive, helpful, and answered all of my questions quickly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.Thank you for opening up this amazing home for others to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to come back!
