Our host was kind, responsive & always available.Overall we had an excellent stay at the beach house! The home was clean and tidy, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! We thoroughly enjoyed everyday of our stay. Although the house could benefit from some updates, and a few furnishings, and a few household items may need to be inspected, repaired or replaced, we had absolutely a wonderful time and would happily return.

Great Beach House!

The house is a little bit older, but it has been maintained and was very comfortable. Numerous seating areas made gathering with friends easy and the views are amazing!. It has all the amenities one would need. The beach location was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4th of July visit. The kitchen is stocked with tons of utensils and serving bowls and dishes and everything is conveniently labeled. Check in and out was super easy. We weren't able to see the fireworks directly from the house, but a short (very short) walk was all it took to find a great spot!

Lovely and Spacious Oxnard Retreat

Oxnard was great, and we were close to the harbor, restaurants and everything we wanted. We took fun day trips to Ojai, Santa Barbara, Solvang, Ventura...It was a great time for family!

Wonderful family getaway!

The property was perfect for our family getaway. Lots of room, open spaces and fabulous views right on the beach Would definitely recommend and the property management team was terrific in addressing my questions.

Had a great time!

This property was wonderful. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Being steps away from the beach with a three year old made it easy to enjoy the beach and the house each day. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Beach family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay being so close to water for boogie and slip boarding and beach combing. Also eating places conveniently nearby. Relaxing time for all.

Clean house on the beach

Had a wonderful time and plenty of space for out group with many varying ages. One of the cleanest VRBO properties I’ve stayed in. The beach was beautiful!

Lovely beach house

This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful house over Christmas. It is so nice to walk out the back door and be right on the beach.

Like being on a cruise ship

Amazing views and great beach access. Great kitchen-the most comfortable beds and bedding! Floor plan is perfect and very spacious! Deck is fantastic!

Wish we could stay forever

What an amazing place to stay with my family. Beach access and views from the windows was wonderful! I saw some complaints about distance to water but it wasn’t as bad as they made it seem. Plenty of space for 3 couples and a couple young adults. Everything is well marked and plenty of towels (including beach towels) are available. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property

My family of 9 enjoyed a 3 day mini vacation at this lovely property. Very comfortable and works for babies to grandparents. Property was clean and had everything you could think of. We plan to return next year.

Amazing location

The house is located in an amazing area, right on the sand with the water about 25 miles out. There was a volleyball net nearby which was tons of fun! The furniture in the house was a bit worn out but I guess the price adjusts for thay.

The inside of the house was comfortable and spacious. the kitchen had all the appliances you might need. The kids loved being right on the beach and spent all of their time there. REMAX was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
