Our vacation rental is located one mile from downtown Mena on the Talimena Scenic Drive, which leads to the Queen Wilhelmina State Park. If you are looking for an alternative to a hotel this luxurious, cozy home is perfect for business travel, family vacations, anniversaries, or a romantic getaway. This home is complete with a kitchen, laundry, living/dinning, 2 king bedrooms, 1 sleeper sofa in living room, 1 bath, covered carport and patio. The outdoor area is perfect for hanging out and grilling. The property is near many outdoor activities including hiking, mountain bike trails, and ATV trail riding at Wolf Pen Gap. You will be near the beautiful outdoors, yet still close to downtown shops, grocery stores, and local restaurants.

Weekend getaway

Peaceful Little Gem

We loved our stay at this darling guest house in Mena. We couldn’t believe in June that it was cool enough to enjoy sitting outside on the patio watching the woodpecker and then fireflies. The king sized beds were very comfortable and the whole house was decorate so cute and homey. We loved our stay here and want to come again in the fall!

Fantastic place - great beds - clean - quiet

We really enjoyed our stay, bed was very comfortable! Property was in a very quiet area, nice sitting area in back. We were visiting with our side by side and it was just a 15 min easy drive to the trails. Highly recommended property, up to date decor and clean.

Needed a place to stay for sons surprise engagement

My son was proposing in Watson, Oklahoma, there were no rooms available that was close and everything else was a minimum of 2 night stay and very expensive. We only needed one night. I have never done a VRBO so the communication was great. This place was affordable, clean, and beds were awesome. Nice area, liked it had an alarm system. Will recommend to others.

Talimena scenic drive

My son and I traveled to Mena in order to ride our bikes on the Talimena scenic drive. The property location is perfect. It is at the start of the route and in a nice area. Restaurants and businesses are just a few minutes away. The house is wonderful and met our needs perfectly. We hope to return soon.

Exceptionally clean, quiet, comfortable.

Great house recently renovated. Spotless, very nice neighborhood, quiet, close to downtown. Property manager very responsive. House fully stocked with dishes, water, even coffee! Just a reminder to have cream and sweeteners if you are going to have the coffee! Thanks for a quick stay and night of respite.

Great Place, Great Location!

We only stayed one night as we were breaking up a driving trip into two days. We wish we could have stayed longer. The property was spotless with everything in working order. To top it off it was located in a very nice neighborhood. We drive between eastern Oklahoma and our home near Houston frequently to visit relatives and this property will be on our list as a great stopover from here on out.

Cozy little house

Loved this little house. It was so clean and cozy. Would definitely book again! Loved that it was on the Talimena Scenic Byway and also close to town. Perfect little place. 10/10 recommend😊

Anniversary Trip

This property was perfectly located to everything we needed; Walmart, restaurants, and hiking. The decor was very tasteful. One thing we did notice though was the floor was uneven. Not a deal breaker though. Overall, very nice property.

Excellent property

The house was beautiful. In a great location close to Mena. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy! We had a little trouble with the DirectTV at first but I just texted the property owner and she had it fixed promptly! Will definitely rent this one again!

Awesome little farm style house with a modern touch!

Property was beautiful and the house was a perfect little weekend get away for our little family! Very quiet neighborhood just right down the road from Wilhelmina state park! House was very clean and kept up and it had all the updated amenities that you would hope for in a rental location. Great stay and a great price!

Our second stay here

This was our second time staying in this beautiful little house. It was so clean, cozy and comfortable just like last time. Mrs. Lori had everything we could need available. The washer and dryer really came in hand after spending a day at the river. We even had a large group of deer in the yard one evening. I highly recommend this house if you’re staying in Mena or just traveling through.
