Quaint Parisian style loft, located on National Registered Historical Property

Quant loft located on the property of the historic Shaver House. The loft is accessed by a private staircase. Guests will enjoy their private sitting balcony overlooking the acre of the historic property. Amenities include: outside dining area, hammock and access to the stone cobbled fire pit (marshmallow roast and bon-fire set-up available upon request, fee to be applied).
Room features a microwave, mini-fridge, satelite television and WiFi.
Walking distance from the beautiful Janssen Park and downtown historic Mena; Spas, Boutiques, Antique Stores, Art Gallery, Theatre, Old Fashion Ice Cream Shop, Coffee Shops and Restaurants. Less than a mile to the beginning of the beautiful Talimena Drive and National Forest recreational trails.

We loved our stay! We had two properties we booked at this venue and this one had a small shower...the only downside if you have to find one.

Cozy place

It was the perfect place for an overnight stay. The property is beautiful! The loft is super cute and was just right for us. Drank coffee outside the next morning while admiring the beautiful grounds. We would definitely stay again

Lovely Place to Stay

If your travels take you to Mena, Arkansas, as ours did to view the solar eclipse in totality, consider this property. The Parisian Loft was clean, quaint, and quite charming, though if you are very tall, be careful of the sloped ceiling in the bathroom! The hosts were friendly and accommodating and the house is surrounded by a pretty garden. I would definitely stay there again.

Always a great spot!

Stay on this property regularly for work in Mena. As of this reservation, I have stayed in all the studio apartments onsite and each one is quant with it's own special characteristics and charm! Easy to work with the owners and always high quality.

Sightseeing

We had a 2 night stay. The Loft was great, very clean and cozy. Loved the decor of the Loft. The property was amazing, with the other little cottages, the chickens, and all the beautiful flowers everywhere. We will definitely come back again when we venture back to Mena, AR.

Cozy loft apartment in an historic home.

The property is beautifully landscaped. Our room was stylishly decorated with attention to detail. The deck was shaded and quiet and a great place for morning coffee. The property was located within walking distance of a local eating establishment and a city park with walking trails. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

The property was amazing! The property owners checked in with us once a day asking if we needed anything and visited. They were very accommodating and appreciated that we utilized the entire property. Our family that lived in town was able to spend time with us and everyone enjoyed them selves. We appreciated the cleanliness, water in the mini fridge and cookies that were waiting in our room. We also appreciated the binder that had the history of the property, local attractions and restaurants they recommended. We will definitely stay there again when we visit.

Disc Golf Tournament

We had a great time! The loft was so nice and cozy! We noticed a few comments about the size of the shower, it was a little challenging for my husband as he is 6’6 but he made it work! We would definitely stay at this property again. The “welcome cookies” were amazing too! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location

The loft was absolutely perfect and beautifully decorated. The host was very kind when we needed to extend an extra day to attend a funeral. She had homemade cookies waiting in the loft for us. You’ll get to see chickens wandering the property as well. The location is great for walking to Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.

Poorly designed bathroom. Tiny bar of soap. Room not refreshed during 2 night stay. Cookies were a great touch; bed was very comfortable.

Nice garden stay in Mena

They had us in a gargage type of apartment but had trouble with airconditioning so instead put us in the Riders Den, which was a converted garage, but super nice, really cold, it was July and super clean and nice. Met the owner and we talked, nice guy, they live on property, and have a garden with chickens in back. Nice fountain in yard and nice ambiance, overall great experience.

Nice overnight stay

Property was very cute and clean. Loved the homey feel of the place. When I arrived they had double booked my place. They did meet me at the driveway and explained to me what happened and were very apologetic. They put me in a smaller place then I had booked. Overall they were very nice about it and I would stay here again. The cookies and coffee were a nice touch!!

Very Hot in the room!

The communication with the property owner was terrible! The room was about 100 degrees when we walked in and the toilet had a ring around the rim where the water line was! The only thing good was the 2 cookies they left us!

GREAT PLACE TO UNWIND

at first was a little concerned as we could not get intouch with owner which she did and we found out what we needed to do and the place was very nice and comfortable. Just if you stay in the up stairs unit and the weather gets down to freezing and you have a frost please watch the stairs . It can become very interesting in one step for sure .BUt we did ok and the owner felt so bad about out check in problems she made it right with us which we told her that it was not necessary. Makes me proud to do business with this type of people Over and beyond for sure. We will be back to stay again ,Thank you Ashley Vacca
