The cottage was perfect for our weekend stay. It was a nice base for exploring downtown, the beaches, and trails. We used the fire pit and BBQ grill too. We’ll be back again!

Great spot for what we needed! The Beach! Jen was accommodating when we needed it. I would recommend this location to anyone that loves beautiful Lake Michigan!

Extremely clean!! Our expectations were exceeded!! We enjoyed every minute here!! The sounds of the birds in the mornings with our coffee and devotions on the porch were as relaxing as being right on the lakeWe will be back!! The house has everything you need and it is very cozy and has a lot of a bed and breakfast feel!!DON’T OVERLOOK THIS VRBO!!

First time to area-nice location, very cute house with all necessary amenities. Also, accessible for my dad with walker. Highly recommend!

Quick Weekend Up North - Spring Kings!

Cute Cottage

This cottage is very cute and the perfect size for our family. It had everything we needed and more to make our vacation relaxing and easy. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Old Channel Trail Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location - close to beach/lake access. Stocked with just about everything you need for your stay. We look forward to renting again next year!

Location!

Perfect place to ride on the rail trail, watch a Lake Michigan sunset, explore the town…and bring your dog with lots of walks right from the door!

Great get away.

We stayed for a bowling tournament and fell in love with the area. The cottage had everything we needed and enough space for our family. We enjoyed playing the different games that were there and exploring the area.

Location wins!

Great location! Minutes from the beach! Quiet area with a nice deck/yard. The house is older but nice and functional. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Quiet and relaxing

Great place to spend a long weekend! There is a short walk or bike ride to a nice beach. Place is clean and quiet with a surprising amount of space and beautiful back yard.

Location and Privacy

this was perfect for a relaxing getaway with privacy and close location to lakeside. Clean and tidy, easy to access and close to town enough for stuff to do. We would come back!

Perfect getaway.

Upon arrival, check in was very easy. The house was clean and orderly. I loved the location being close to my sister, the beach and necessary shopping. I'm looking forward to returning next summer.

Woodsy and nice!

Beautiful location, close to several beaches. Clean and cute decor :) Many extras (games, kitchen stuff, firewood, beach stuff) make it easy to stay here! Well appointed.

Awesome location with so much to do!

Such a cute little cottage that had so many touches that made it feel like home!! We traveled to Lewis Adventure Park in New Era and the Mac Woods Dune Rides in Silver Lake. We also enjoyed a Lake Michigan Beach Day!! The kids enjoyed the hammock and swing and grilling out was fun too.

Get-away

Nice house with all the things you need at your finger tips. Also the best location to the beach and other areas. Love having a washer and dryer to use.

Great location

We were looking for beach and woods in one spot that wasn’t too crowded. The fire pit and woods gave me a camping feel, but we had beds and our own bathroom. Only needed the AC one night. Nice beach close by.
