This tranquil Cottage is located behind the main lake house, but is private and far away to offer a quiet, secluded-remote retreat. Public Beach access is just .04 mile down the street, easy to walk to. Note: No Beach Access Here or Waterview. Super close to beautiful Lake Michigan beaches, State Parks, Trails and Amusement Park. Duck Lake Beach is a 5 min. drive, Muskegon and Pioneer Beaches 7 min-10 min drive. Brand New Updates with a fully stocked kitchen, brand new washing machine/dryer, new super comfy beds, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and game shed with Cornhole, Croquette and Badminton. Sleeps 6 with A/C. Stocked Fire Pit, S’mores Kit & Weber Gas Grill. Kellye is amazing very thoughtful and an amazing host! We had the best time here it’s super cute quite just what we were looking for! Loved every moment we spent there will definitely be returning!

Guests were polite, kind, and easy to work related to checking in. The cottage is cute and relatively quite. The grill was clean, compared to other properties I have rented. The location is great for hiking and watching the sunsets on Lake Michigan. Overall good experience!

We needed a peaceful, quiet getaway for a few days, and this was the perfect spot. Kellye is an impeccable host! Everything in the cottage was beautiful. We've stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, and this was by far the nicest. Kellye's list of area restaurants and attractions was quite helpful. The furniture was super-comfortable, everything was meticulously clean, and the grounds were gorgeous. We came away feeling rested and rejuvenated - goal met!

Such a great location and perfect little cottage! Great communication from the hosts checking on us even though we never needed anything since they had thought of everything! Will definitely be coming back!

The property was clean and well stocked with needed items plus little extras like smore making treats. Hosts couldn't have been nicer and attentive to making our stay a pleasant one. We will definitely be coming back.

Great stay at Kellye and Bill's cottage near Lake Michigan. Clean, cute and has everything we needed for a long relaxing weekend. The home is conveniently located between two beach parks and right down the street from a fantastic little pizza joint.10/10 would recommend!!

Kellye’s place in North Muskegon was an absolute gem, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the very beginning, she was an incredible communicator...warm, responsive, and extraordinarily generous in making sure we had everything we needed. Just two days before our reservation was set to begin, our plans changed and we suddenly needed to add a couple of extra nights; Kelly made it happen quickly and seamlessly, taking so much stress out of our travel, and that same thoughtfulness carried through our entire stay, right down to helping with little things like finding an iron to spruce up our wedding outfits. The cottage itself was spotless, peaceful, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for our family—my wife and son, my mom, and me—with just the right balance of private spaces and shared areas. It became such a special setting for our son to spend meaningful time with his grandmother and strengthen that bond, which made the stay even more memorable for us. The grounds are beautiful, and the location is fantastic—so close to Lake Michigan, Duck Lake, great restaurants, Ruth Ann’s Ice Cream, and everything else you could want while still feeling wonderfully quiet and tucked away. We felt completely supported every step of the way and left with nothing but gratitude for Kelly and this very special place. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly, highly recommend it.

The cottage was great. The hosts were very accommodating and provided everything we needed for a great stay. The cottage was cozy but plenty of room for the 2 of us and everything was updated in the kitchen, bathroom, living room and bed rooms.

Wonderful Cottage

A great cottage in a picturesque area along Lake Michigan, this place was a quiet place to relax with my family. Quick access to multiple beaches and wonderful restaurants. My kids liked Ruth Ann's Ice cream which is just down the street!

Great stay!

Cabin was clean, cozy, and stocked with supplies, including wood kindling needed for a bonfire. Beautiful lookout for sunsets right on the water and close to multiple beaches, the state park, and Muskegon. Kellye easy to get in touch with and overall a great host. Would stay here again!

Kellye and her place were both just amazing. The cabin is so clean and nice, the decor sets the right vibe! Kellye was very kind to us and took excellent care of our group throughout the stay! The sunsets were beautiful! I would most definitely recommend you book this place if it’s available! This one is a gem!

Beautiful lake views and perfect location

This is a beautiful property with stunning lake views! Kellye was wonderful to work with and attentive to our needs especially when we wanted to stay an extra day! It's close to Duck Lake Beach and had everything we needed. We loved the fire pit and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets! A perfect place to stay!!

Cute Cottage

We had the absolute best time. Great location. Hosts made us feel right at home, were super friendly, and very accommodating. Kids loved the stocked S'mores basket and supplied firewood. We will be booking here again in the future.

Peaceful Cottage

Shipwatch was everything we wanted in a family rental. It was just big enough for our family of five. Things were thought out and the extra treats, gas grill and campfire supplies were great. We would love to visit again!

Nepal, China, India, Tanzania, Kenya, Morocco and throughout Europe (including Mt. Everest).
