Beach Trip

Enjoyed a quick trip for a tournament. The only issue was having to pick up and deliver keys upon arrival and check-out.

It was located right on the beach, everything within walking distance it was clean and well managed, checking in and out with a breeze plan on doing it again next year

Great stay again

Our second time staying in this condo, about our 6th time staying in this building. We always enjoy our time here. Brett Robinson is always easy to work with. The ladies at the desk are kind and efficient.

Good Location

The condo is in a good location about a 8min walk to the Hang out. The only issue we had was the bed. It is a very hard bed and the pillows are very hard also. Luckily we brought our own pillows.

Good, not great

Our actual vacation was awesome, but this place was just ok. Kinda old & outdated, but got the job done.

Overall, the property as a whole and location was great! The check in process was fine too, although we aren’t used to having physical keys in this day and age and I had anxiety about losing them the whole time. The condo was spacious and had a wonderful balcony, however many little details and touches were lacking. It felt like a “rental” in many ways and felt neglected. The dishwasher leaked and would not melt the dishwasher pods provided. Tv cable wires were unattached and dangling in the bunk room. Towel bars missing, and attachments painted over. The kitchen is not very stocked and only had a few eating utensils available. I feel like the condo just needs some real love and extra attention to detail. The biggest problem we had was the sliding glass door in the master bedroom was nearly impossible to open. It is in some serious need of WD40. Also, the fridge took forever to chill things, “the mountains” on our beer never fully appeared until the 4th day of our trip. I hate to write a bad review because we really enjoyed our stay however for the price of the condo I would have appreciated more attention to the details and would have liked to have appliances that worked fully.

Needs a lot of TLC

This condo needs some attention. We had a great vacation but the condo itself could use some updating. You have to have a key for entry opposed to a code like on the majority of the other units at this complex. Therefore you a key that you have to keep up with while going back and forth to the beach. The shower head in the master shower leaks. The paint job is very poor. The floors were very dirty as well as the dishes in the cabinets. Tiles in the kitchen floor were loose. The cable on the tv worked intermittently, and the table out on the patio was broken. The location and view is great but a little effort by the owner to bring it up to date would be a great improvement.

Great location

Everything was great! All appliances where great! There was not one rug in the whole place with tile floors, so maybe bring your own? The sand got to be a little annoying. Otherwise amazing place!

Location Location Location

You are paying for the location so we were happy with that but all our friends booked the same rooms through other rental agencies and we paid DOUBLE than what they paid for the exact same room. And most of the other rooms have locks with a code instead of worrying about a key.

Under Construction

My wife and I arrived to find the balcony doors were inoperable due to barricades. This was to protect you from the scaffolding installed on the balcony for construction purposes. We were not made aware of this beforehand. We moved to another property immediately. The condo itself was a great location and very nice. The management company Brett Robinson failed to notify VRBO or us as renters of the issues.
