Wonderful stay

The unit was exactly as described. The beds were so soft! The bunkbeds were larger than I expected, and the kids loved them. The beach toys, chairs, and umbrella were a wonderful bonus. Would definitely stay again!

This is my first time using VRBO and my first time in the Gulf Shores. We went down for our honeymoon, and Jason made it an experience! The view was amazing! We enjoyed staying there. It was spacious, clean, private and exceeded our expectations. There were a lot of options, and I am so happy we went with this one. I cannot say enough good things about this time we spent there. We are excited to come back and stay here again. No need to check around anywhere else, this is where you want to be! I highly recommend this one! Thank you for making this such a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The beach is perfect and the balcony view is amazing. The condo was spotless and clearly very well cared for. The king bed was super comfortable and the towels were soft. We definitely enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and hot tub during our stay! We will stay here again!

Perfect location!

This is an adorable unit for a small family. The location feels private, while still being close to the action. The bunks are just the right size for younger children and having two bathrooms is a huge plus! I can't say enough nice things about Jason. He is super responsive and kind!

It was awful, for the amount of money it cost to stay there should have been excellent. Coffee pot only worked one day, bedroom was way to small you could barely get between the chest and bed. Toilet in hall bathroom stopped up, I could go on and on. We would never book here again. Other than that we had a great time!!

Great location. There are a variety of food and shopping locations within walking distance. The owner's were great to work with and made sure we were well taken care of!

Nice and quiet, great views from balcony (9th floor), beautiful beach with a non-stop, wild dolphin show, clean condo, close to about everything you'd need, right next to Gulf Shores State Park pier (easy walking distance), good communication with host. Will definitly use again when I return.Very fairly priced too.

Great Stay and Great Location

Easy check in process. This is our fourth stay at Royal Palms we will stay again for our next trip. Being right next to the state park provides for an open and uncluttered beach.

Wonderful Location!

A wonderful place to relax on the beach! The teenagers were able to walk to all kinds of shops and for ice cream. Plenty of restaurants close by and the beachfront location was perfect!!

There are a lot of things to do from Waterville, The Track, Deep Sea Fishing, Pairasailing, Dolphin Cruises and Horseback riding. So many wonderful places to eat also. We would love to share our new condo with you and also help you with any questions you have about the area or main attractions.

We really like the location of Royal Palms. It is located next to the Gulf State Park which is a beautiful pristine beach. It is also the condo closest to the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. The views from this condo are amazing and everyone agrees that it has the best views in Gulf Shores. This condo complex it very family oriented because of the indoor and outdoor pool. The beach is not very crowded so it is a very safe and a relaxing place to watch your children play on the beach.
