This condo was perfect for our family of 4! We checked in with ease and the parking was perfect with security walking through several times day . The condo was equipped with everything we needed for the week. The location of the room had a great view of (2) pools , (2) hot tubs and the beach! You never had to wait long for elevators because there are several located on each floor . I would absolutely recommend this condo to others and if we come back , we would rebook this room! Great price , great host , great experience .

Beautiful views! Pool was enjoyable and the beach was fantastic. Clean rooms, quiet and private. The condo was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that we wish we could have stayed longer.

View was great! Pools weren’t heated, so they were a bit chilly. Beach was amazing. Very close to a bunch of cool restaurants and kid friendly activities.

Overall our stay was good. The condo was clean. The view was good. The beds were comfy. The cons were: having to wait for an elevator (one of them was broke our entire stay), parking spots were tiny, the pool was filthy everyday to the point I dipped in one time our entire stay and got out because I was so grossed out, the shower in the suite room was tiny. I won’t stay there again because of the cons I mentioned.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful getaway with my husband to relax and to watch the Dolphins and the waves so peaceful, beautiful well equipped Vrbo will stay there again

Lighthouse 811 is such a beautiful condo! Clean, comfy, cozy, and cute! Perfect view of the beach/ocean from the glass doors and balcony! Friendly staff, fast elevators, and a super clean gorgeous property!! We enjoyed our jacuzzi tub and one of the hot tubs, the indoor and outdoor pools. Just a few steps away, we delighted in the clean beach with perfect white sand and emerald water! We rate Lighthouse Condominiums 10/10, definitely recommend!!

Hi, I’m Jason! Epic Properties began years ago when I, originally from Ohio, settled in Franklin, Tennessee after college and bought my first condo in Gulf Shores. What started as one property quickly turned into a passion for creating a better, more personal way for families to vacation.

Today, my wife, February, helps decorate, style, and photograph our condos to give each one that welcoming, coastal feel guests love, and our daughter, Kaylee, manages the marketing and design.

We live in Franklin, TN, about seven hours north of the beach, and never miss a chance to head south to the sand. We now own seven condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and I personally manage each one to make sure it’s well‑maintained and ready for your arrival.

We hope you’ll stay with us, unwind, and love the ocean as much as we do.
