Gulf Front Corner Balcony - Sand Castle III 501

This 3 Bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking the Gulf provides you with water views as far as the eye can see. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your private balcony. This is a corner unit that offers even wider views of the beach and Gulf looking South both from the balcony and living room. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors out to the balcony as well as a King size bed and TV. There is a King bed in 2nd bedroom, and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has electric hurricane shutters to keep out any weather or provide shade on the balcony. Sand Castle III offers a large, heated pool, hot tub and gas grills for guest use. Assigned Parking.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.

Perfect Friend Get-Away

This rental was absolutely beautiful. Located on a Private Beach and close to many restaurants and bars! Highly recommend this rental and will definitely go back.

Nice condo on the beach

The location of the condo was very good. Corner unit away from elevator. Kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. Only issue was the bathtub in the front bathroom was stopped up and held water during shower. Did not report it because it was not unusable. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo

This condo was a great fit for myself, husband, our (almost) 4 year old daughter, and father in law. It was clean, modern, and roomy that we didn’t feel crowded. The view from the balcony was so beautiful. The pool area was nice and clean and not crowded. We appreciated the extra beach toys and chairs. The only thing I wish would have been better was having some menus and a list of nearby grocery stores already at the condo. Our plane delayed a bit and by the time we arrived at the rental property office, it was after 6 on Memorial Day weekend. The restaurant across the street wasn’t taking take-out orders, it was close to our daughter’s bedtime, and we were starving. We ended up not getting to eat anything and not get to the store until afternoon the next day. Although that’s not the condo’s fault, but a menu for a pizza place close by would have been nice lol. The owner of our unit was quick to respond to emails. Overall it was a lovely condo.

Beautiful and Comfortable

We stayed from 9/11-9/18/21. We arrived after hours and check in was easy at the realty office. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The furnishings were tasteful and not over done with beach decor theme. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the design and decor. We were impressed with how nice everything was. There were four of us and we had plenty of room and our own space to relax. The first night there, we ordered from Caddy's restaurant and bar which is right across the street. The food was delicious but a little overpriced (which is to be expected on vacation). The beach view from the balcony is wonderful and the beach was never crowded. I was impressed with the hot tub which was "hot" and not lukewarm like a lot of properties we have stayed in the past. We brought two teens and they enjoyed the hot tub and pool every evening. The location is great for those who like a laidback location. We drove to most places, only walking to Caddy's. One perk I have to mention... The condo provided shopping carts for groceries which was a huge help for all of the groceries we bought for a week long stay. Also, the location was convenient for visiting many places during our stay. We visited every beach in driving distance from Tarpon Springs to Pass a Grille, Tampa and St. Petersburg. We had zero complaints about the condo or our stay. Everything about this trip was easy and relaxing.

Perfect family vacation spot

We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our vacation. Amazing views of the ocean from this corner unit as well as views of the inland waterway. Close to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was comfortable. We especially loved sitting on the balcony couch watching a storm roll in over the ocean. We enjoyed riding the sand bikes available at the rental office. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation

Gorgeous location and beach views. Watching the sunset every night was definitely a treat! Pool was so warm, we loved it!!

Relaxing family getaway

The location was perfect. It was quiet, plenty of beach room, plenty of room at the pool and spa. Location is 20 minutes from Clearwater away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to drive to and not waste your day. Plenty of restaurants just a short drive away. Ice cream within walking distance. View was amazing!

Excellent stay!

This property was perfect for us! The space and layout was great for our party of 6. We loved the location….. in a quiet area, but close to everything we wanted/needed! We would definitely stay here again! Great vacation!

Disappointing balcony!

The condo, though very small for a penthouse, was fine but had a very weird, ugly balcony floor that the furniture kept sticking to and some broken chairs to boot.

This is called a PH because it is on the top floor, however, it has the same square footage as the rest of the condos in the building.
