The 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds and a TV. The second and third bedrooms each have a window that looks East and can see the Intracoastal Waterway. New sliding glass doors in living room and master bedroom added in 9/16 provide good insulation for energy and sound. The living room TV has a DVD player, free movies are available with Plumlee Perks. The kitchen has been updated and is fully outfitted for your cooking pleasure. This unit has an inside Washer/Dryer providing a great convenience. The condo complex features a heated swimming pool, hot tub/spa, and Gas Grills.
