Location, location, location, this beautifully renovated 2 Bed/1Bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood, has extremely comfortable King and Queen beds but is minutes away from everything: just 1.9 miles from Mohegan Sun Casino, 9.4 miles to Foxwoods, 20 minutes to Mystic, CT and 30 minutes to Misquamicut State Beach. 5 minutes away from a Golf Course and a Spa You will be within a 5 -10 minute drive of a variety of restaurants, grocery shopping bars and pharmacies and Mohegan Sun Casino.

WE DO ACCEPT CHILDREN, as long as they can use/ don’t mind, that there is a shower, only. They will need to be booked as adults.

This modern 960 sq ft. 1 level home, in a very quiet neighborhood, features an open living room/ kitchen, and a split bedroom floor plan allowing for more privacy. Bedrooms have extremely comfortable gel memory foam mattresses and allergy free bedding. Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with an ice maker, and an eat at counter/ bar. All cooking and eating utensils are at your disposal.

AMENITIES: Bath Towels and Bed Linens, Toilet Paper, Shampoo, Conditioner And Body Wash. Paper Towels, Laundry Detergent, Dishwasher Detergent, Dish Soap, Dryer Sheets, Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. Coffee, sugar and some basic seasonings are provided, salt & pepper etc Seasonally there are fresh herbs growing, that you are welcome to use as well as a gas grill.

Perfect place

It was a total pleasure to stay in this house. We were there for almost a month. It was very comfortable and the beds were great! Everything a person might need was thoughtfully provided. My husband loved the humorous art! The hosts were wonderful!

The house is cute, comfortable, and clean. It's fully stocked with all the conveniences you might want in your daily life, and it's cozy without being cramped. We had an absolutely lovely time here!

Fishing Charters from Groton, New London and East Lyme/Niantic, Ct. Within a 5 minute drive of golfing, Norwich Inn & Spa, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and pharmacies! 25 minutes to the New London Ferries to Block Island/ Shoreham , RI and Long Island. 25 minutes from New London/Amtrak Train Station. 45-60 minutes to BDL(Hartford) or PVD(Providence) AIRPORTS.
