You can enjoy all the comforts of home in our meticulously maintained lake front villa - it's the perfect getaway for all seasons.

It's an easy 1.5 hour drive from Chicago and is centrally located in Southwest Michigan (15 minutes south of South Haven and 10 minutes north of St. Joseph and only 20 minutes to Saugatuk). In the heart of wine country with numerous micro breweries in the area as well. There are several outstanding wineries (Contessa Wine Cellar, Karma Vista Vineyard & Winery, Tabor Hill Winery) all within 10 miles of our villa (see map below). The villa is located directly on Lake Michigan, and the property offers you a chance to relax, unwind and enjoy the breathtaking white sandy beach. Have fun in the sun and sand, while enjoying amazing views, sunsets, great shopping, gourmet restaurants, wineries, golf and one of a kind antiquing, or just sit back, relax and grill out on your own private deck and patio.

Don’t sleep on the Great Lakes or this property. Quiet, clean, perfect for a family of 4. We had a great time at this vacation house and would recommend it highly!

Wonderful stay

Easy check in, beautiful updates. Golf cart is a wonderful addition to this place! The outside area is so nice to enjoy time outside when back up at the condo. Beach is private and peaceful. Kiddos enjoyed picking up rocks and sea glass. This is our 2nd year staying and we will be back again next year!

Easy to find and owner provided all of the amenities including use of a golf cart to drive down to the beach - was great for hauling all the beach gear up & down the dune road

Perfect relaxing family trip

Great location, easy access to the beach and pool. Quiet setting. Close to bigger beach towns. Super fast response from the owner when we had questions. We loved every minute of our stay.

The place was perfect for the husband and 3 grandchildren.

The location was great with the beach right there. We did rent the golf cart so getting back and forth was a breeze. The kids really enjoyed the pool which was a great break for us since we had beach hazard warnings most days so no swimming in the lake

Great place to get away

We enjoyed staying in this unit for a short getaway. The beach felt like it was ours and ours alone. The unit is exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay here again if we were looking for something on Lake Michigan

Peaceful beach serenity

This beautiful beach condo is so wonderful, close to anything you need or want. Gorgeous private beach. Sunsets, swimming or just relaxing. We was there during the week of the 4th of July but still had no crowds and lots of peacefulness. A nice quiet area. Worked great for our disabled son. Definitely felt like a home away from home. Russ and Julie are great and truly want you to have a great vacation. Was sad to go home...We'll be back to this beautiful place.

Peace and relaxation

We had a wonderful time relaxing and unplugging for the week. Thank you so much to Russ and his wife for always helping with a question before our stay, etc, they were both extremely professional and responsive. I hope to stay again in the upcoming years!!!

Perfect family getaway

We loved everything. It was listed as a villa on the beach, so I didn’t know what to expect. The condo complex did have some units with patio or deck views of the water. Ours did not, but we loved how easy it was to see the lake or get down to our PRIVATE, BEAUTIFUL, soft-sanded beach. The deck and porch space was large and comfortable and there’s a small yard for the kids to play or have a bonfire. The villa was clean and well-taken care of. We did some sight-seeing things but my 4 and 5 year old couldn’t ever wait to get back to our “holiday house“ with a pool and the “ocean”.

Quiet location

We had a great time staying at this condo. The golf cart access to the beach was awesome and the beach was basically private with little to zero other people there. The pool was pretty quiet too. This location was so convenient to both St Joseph and South Haven as well. My family and I had a great time! Perfect for a family with little kids!

Lovely home

My family of 5 had the best week here! I was worried it would be too small for my husband and I and our 3 kids ranging from 2-9 but with the open concept and amount of outside space with the deck it never felt cramped. Amazing location, fully stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated. Would love to stay here again next summer!

Peaceful Property

This property is a little bit of heaven on earth. From the relaxing wooded area around the condo, to the beautiful private beach down below. Our favorite place to get away. The condo was wonderful. Had everything we needed with 2 small children and Russ was great with answering any questions right away!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

I can't say enough good about this property and the experience we had visiting the area. The place is so cute and very well-appointed with everything we needed for a fun family vacation. Access to the beautiful private beach was such a treat, and a pool option for the kids was perfect. Communications with Russ was great and when we arrived, the condo was spotless and ready to welcome us. We took full advantage of all the great amenities and the convenient location to Coloma and St. Joe's. Definitely will be back with the family or maybe a girl's trip!!

Summer vacation

3rd time staying at this condo. We stayed at a different one last year with friends. This is by far much nicer. New couch is nice and fits the living room. Golf cart is a must!

Relaxtion Perfection

We are a family with young kids and enjoyed our recent stay. This is a well maintained and equipped condo with a relaxing private beach. We rented the golf cart, which made the trip up and down the steep paved path to the beach easy. Russ and Juli were very prompt in answering our questions and accommodating changes to our schedule. We definitely recommend this as a relaxing vacation location.

Location!

Wonderful beach location! The view from the condo bluff was breathtaking for sunsets, the private beach was exactly what my family of 6 was looking for! The condo it’s self was clean and good size. The beds we’re comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked. It had everything we needed, especially appreciated the washer and dryer and the golf cart which made getting to and from the beach a breeze! The pool was warm and bigger then the pictures! We are already hoping to come back next year!

Beautiful remodeled condo right off Lake Michigan!

The wife and I rented the condo from a Thursday-Monday morning. The condo has everything you could want for your getaway: beach access (pretty much your own private beach), comfortable beds to sleep in, deck with a huge patio table for cards and dinner outside, fire pit with chairs and a nice kitchen. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and will renting the condo out again next summer!
