The home was just great, and the host made it easy to check in and out. We loved sitting in the back and watching the boats go by. Getting to the home was a bit wonky, as it's tucked in behind an industrial area and a water treatment plant. I would stay here again!

The condo is tucked away on the river. It’s minutes from downtown and the beach. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The condo was very clean and included everything you need for your stay. This was our first time in St. Joseph. The area offers some shopping and some restaurants. If we decide to return to St. Joseph in the future we’ll definitely stay at the condo again. Our family of 10 all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Need to make known that the house is across from a sewage treatment plant. Smell was overpowering at times both outside & inside the home. For the price of the rental, I don't know that I would recommend given that

This is a three plus one loft bedroom home on the Saint Joseph river in St. Joseph, Michigan. The kitchen is updated and very accommodating. Decorating is modern with a Monopoly theme. The game selection and number of TV's is overwhelming. The grandchildren loved staying downstairs and using the pool table and PlayStation setup. Outdoor deck is lovely and spacious. The space is very family friendly and host is very responsive.

Excellent house and location

House was so nice and clean and comfortable. Has everything you could need for your stay. Great property manager with quick response time and communication. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in St. Joseph!

Adorable, spacious well-decorated! Had everything you didn't even know you would need. Stayed in the fall, but would love to visit in summer just based on all the amenities in the garage for summer beach visits! Host was attentive and checked in to make sure we didn't need anything.

Perfect for our family! Everything was clean, upgraded and with great attention to detail. The decor and games made it extra fun when not at the beach or pool! The kitchen grill had everything we needed for meals at home! Perfect size for our group - kids asked to come back every year!

Perfect getaway for small extended family

We had 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 6 and under) and everyone loved the house. It was updated, clean, and had great spaces for each family to be separate as well as great common spaces. The private neighborhood seemed like it was in an odd area but was so perfect, quiet, and the small community pool was walking distance from every house. Super short drive to Silver Beach and into downtown Saint Joesph. Highly recommend!

Girls Trip

Our stay in St. Joseph was absolutely perfect! This beautiful home right on the river exceeded all expectations. The views were stunning, and the space comfortably accommodated all 10 of us girls from our book club. From the stylish, unique decor to the spotless cleanliness, every detail made us feel right at home.We loved the outdoor seating area—perfect for group dinners—and the cozy fire pit lounge where we spent hours chatting and relaxing. The entertainment options were also fantastic, keeping everyone happy and engaged. Truly a memorable getaway. Highly recommend for any group looking for a scenic, well-appointed, and inviting space!Definitely will be back! Thanks for being such a great and accommodating host for our group!

The best overall rental experience I've had

This was the perfect space for our multi-family get away! As soon as we arrived we were all pleasantly surprised. Pictures do not do this place justice, it is beautiful and the view is fantastic. We had all ages, 1 to 61, and even the children complimented the property and asked when we could come back and stay here again. We had everything we could've needed there including a crib and a pack n play which was such a pleasant surprise. We had 7 kids with us and none of them got bored thanks to the game room, garage, endless games, patio area and close proximity to the pool. Our beach trips were made easy with the cooler, wagons, beach chairs and toys that were there for us to use. I can't tell you how many times we all said "they have thought of everything!" during our stay. The host, Nick, was so responsive and helpful too. I have had a handful of less than ideal experiences with rentals and this one was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this rental to anyone, I was even sending the link to people beside us at the beach! I know for sure my crew will be making plans to stay here for years to come!

We had a great time staying here! The house was amazing. The location right on the water was so nice. The lower level was perfect for the kids with the game room off their bedroom. They had a blast. Getting access to a pool and playground was great with the kids as well. Great location for going to many restaurants, shops and beaches.

Beautiful location, Nick is very accommodating with answering all questions very quickly! Hoping to stay again next summer…just waiting on the updated calendar to book!! Very clean home, lots of activities including games, ping pong, pool, video games…deck for grilling and chilling after the beach! Very family we all enjoyed the home…age 18 to 55 year olds…we had 9 guests stay for 4 nights!! Highly recommend!!
