DETAILS: Welcome to Tee & Sea at True Blue, a bright and inviting third-floor corner 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in a peaceful section of the beautiful True Blue Golf Resort. Accommodating up to 4 guests, this comfortable retreat is well suited for a family vacation, couples' getaway, or golf trip to Pawleys Island.
The spacious main living area features a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, comfortable furnishings, and a large-screen TV, creating an inviting place to relax after a day at the beach or on the golf course. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee pot and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Both bedrooms are spacious and feature ceiling fans, and a TV is provided in the primary bedroom. Step outside onto the screened porch with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy the peaceful True Blue surroundings. The porch is shaded during the afternoon, making it an especially comfortable place to relax later in the day.
Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, hangers in the closets, and a hair dryer in bathroom.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Tee & Sea at True Blue features a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot, complimentary Wi-Fi, a large-screen TV in the main living area, a TV in the primary bedroom, ceiling fans in the main living area and both bedrooms, an in-unit washer and dryer, hangers in the closets, and a hair dryer. The screened porch with outdoor seating is shaded in the afternoon and provides additional space for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful True Blue surroundings.

INCLUDED: Premade Beds: Beds are freshly made and ready for your arrival.
Premium Linen Package: High-quality bed linens, plush bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and bathmats are provided for your stay.
Starter Amenities: A starter supply of essential items is provided for your arrival. Each bathroom includes a bar of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet tissue. The kitchen includes paper towels and dishwashing detergent.

DOG FRIENDLY: A $150 nonrefundable pet fee applies. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended in the condo. Guests must notify the Peace Vacations rental office in advance when bringing a dog.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book a property.

TRUE BLUE COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Enjoy the peaceful Lowcountry surroundings and beautiful golf-course setting of True Blue. Guests have access to multiple outdoor community pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, and BBQ areas throughout the resort. True Blue Golf Club is conveniently located within the community and features an 18-hole golf course, practice facilities, clubhouse, and pro shop. The True Blue Grillroom, located at the clubhouse, is open to the public and offers breakfast, lunch, and drinks with views overlooking the lake and 18th hole. Community amenities are subject to seasonal schedules, availability, maintenance, and HOA rules. Peace Vacations does not oversee the operation or availability of community amenities.

PARKING PASSES & POOL BANDS: Each True Blue unit is provided with two (2) guest hanging parking tags. Parking passes must be signed out at the Peace Vacations office and displayed as required while staying in the community. At checkout, all parking passes and pool bands must be returned to the Peace Vacations office. Please do not leave them in the condo. A $75 replacement fee will be charged for each missing parking pass, and a $50 replacement fee will be charged for each missing pool band.

AVAILABLE SERVICES: Peace Vacations can assist with arranging grocery delivery, in-home chef services, and a qualified babysitter. These optional services can help make your Pawleys Island vacation even more convenient and enjoyable.

PAWLEYS ISLAND & AREA ATTRACTIONS: Pawleys Island is a charming coastal community located between Charleston and Myrtle Beach and is one of the oldest vacation destinations in the United States, with families visiting the area since the mid-1700s. Beautiful Pawleys Island beaches are just a short drive from True Blue, with public beach accesses and designated parking available along the island. True Blue is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, local boutiques, and everyday essentials, including Pawleys Island Plaza and the Hammock Shops Village. Guests are also within easy driving distance of Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, Murrells Inlet, and historic Georgetown. The area offers a variety of activities, including swimming, boating, fishing, championship golf, tennis, paddleboarding, nature preserves, botanical gardens, museums, historic tours, shopping, and Lowcountry dining.
For additional shopping, dining, and entertainment, Myrtle Beach destinations including Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are approximately 25–30 miles away. Charleston and Myrtle Beach also offer convenient options for day trips during your stay.

QUIET HOURS & COMMUNITY RULES: True Blue is a residential resort community. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and observe all community rules, posted regulations, parking requirements, pool rules, and designated quiet hours during their stay.

ENHANCED CLEANING, DISINFECTION, AND SANITIZATION: Our number one priority is the well-being and safety of our guests. Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeeping employees, providing greater security, quality, and accountability. We do not utilize third-party cleaning companies. We use CDC housekeeping protocols, approved disinfectants, and personal protective equipment. Our properties are private, well-maintained, hygienic, and sanitized. Our linens and terry are cleaned and sanitized at our commercial laundry.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation on the part of the Guest will result in the forfeiture of any deposits or payments, which will be retained by the Agent and Owner as liquidated damages, unless the Guest has purchased Vacation Travel Protection and qualifies under such program. Only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, will the full rental deposit be refunded, less a Reservation Services charge of 4.75% of the total reservation amount.
Guest may not sublet or assign this Rental Agreement without the express written consent of Agent. Transfers to another unit are considered cancellations. Guests reserving accommodations enter into an agreement (with Peace Vacations as agent) with a particular property Owner for a particular property. Transfers are allowed only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, before the deposit is transferred to the new reservation.
