We know you will enjoy this peaceful, 3rd floor, treetop retreat. It is convenient to beach, golf, shopping, great food, state park and so much more. Spacious vaulted ceilings plus hardwood floors in main living/ dining/ foyer area, granite countertops in kitchen, ceramic tile floors in bathrooms and kitchen, new carpet in bedrooms, fresh paint, premium furniture, fully stocked kitchen plus a SC State Park pass for all your adventuring. All this with an amazing tranquil view, from your private 3rd floor screened in porch, of the 17th fairway of the prestigious True Blue Golf and Racket Club. From this peaceful perch you can watch the golfers or the Egrets and Bald Eagles. With historic Pawley's Island Beach only 2 miles away and award winning golf courses everywhere you look, plus so much to do in this quaint beach town, there is something for everyone. This is our home away from home so all you need to do is arrive and unpack. Relax it's Pawleys!

Accomodations are located on the 3rd floor upstairs. No elevator access.

Pictures did not represent the reality of the unit. Property was poorly maintained and cleaned. Ok the furnisher was worn but stained and appeared unclean. Did not use the master bath shower because it was so dirty, didn't even want to touch the shower curtain. No attention to detail. Dining table chandelier had one bulb working. one outside ceiling fan did not work, lanai slider extremely difficult to operate. Milk in the fridge expired 11/2025. Cupboard full of opened old food, jar of gravy expired 9/18/2024 yes 2024. Why leave that stuff there. Makes a definite BAD impression. How much effort is it to through it out. Does not add value, is anyone actually going to use it? Would recommend True Blue, but not this unit.

It makes my heart incredibily sad to know that our home did not meet your expectations. We work very hard to make this a relaxing, comfortable getaway for our guests, so I was truly disappointed to hear about these concerns after your checkout. Had I known during your stay, I would have gladly taken immediate steps to address the issues and make things right. We have also had a very busy summer with frequent guests, so I was surprised by the comment regarding milk dated from last November. It is difficult to understand how something like that could have remained unnoticed through so many stays, but we are certainly looking into it along with the other concerns you mentioned. We are not perfect, but we do care deeply about our guests and always appreciate the opportunity to correct anything that may have been missed.

Great Condo/Location

We had a great stay - condo was super clean and in a great location. We were 5-10 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go, including the beach!

Great place !

We just stayed for a month. We had a fantastic time checking out the beaches and restaurants, spending time with family, and everything else that Pawleys island has to offer. Huntington Beach state park is fantastic and Atalaya is a must see.

The studio was very clean and conveniently located to local amenities. Property owner was very helpful, checking in process was easy. Would stay again if visiting the area.

perfect getaway

This was a nice condo i a quiet place, quick drive to the beach and local restaurants. We enjoyed two peaceful evenings having breakfast each morning on the little deck overlooking a golf course.

Excellent location and good value

The unit is spacious and has everything you need. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly. Excellent location about 2 miles to Pawley’s Island proper and only about 1 mile to Ocean Hwy shops and restaurants. Wiuld definitely stay here again!

Found at the southernmost end of the Grand Strand, Pawleys Island is one of the most historic resort communities on the east coast. It was once the summer home to wealthy pre-Civil War rice planters, and there are still twelve residences, which date from the late 1700s to the mid-1800s, intact in the historic district. Pawleys Island is proudly referred to as “arrogantly shabby,” as residents revel in its simple charms and natural beauty. Those charms rub off on visitors who enjoy the community’s unique shops, restaurants, and slower pace.
