Master has king bed and private bathroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and bathroom. The hall bath has a walk in shower. TVs in every room with digital cable and free WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen to meet your needs. Screen porch has view of golf course and pond. Pool within walking distance! 5 minutes to the beach. Small, well behaved pets are welcome. No Campers, Rvs, motorcycles, or boats are allowed to park or be at this resort

Very comfortable and has everything that we needed! It was just as described. Really great to have the back patio in the morning and evening. Close to pools. Nice development to walk around and play golf! Convenient to grocery store, restaurants and shops.

We had a lovely stay here! The condo was super clean and perfect for the two of us. The pictures don’t do the place justice! The host was super responsive and helpful when we had questions. We can’t wait to come back and stay.

The rental property was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the vibe was cozy. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Being on the ground level made it easy to take our dogs in and out. We recommend this peaceful getaway.

Bob and Jenny are fantastic! The communication was incredibly responsive, and the home was beautiful. We felt very comfortable with the entire arrangement. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and plates you would need. Everything was clean and comfortable. One of our best stays ever!

This is clean, well equipped property on the 17th Hole of True Blue Golf Course. Caledonia Golf course is a 3 minute drive. Great restaurants just outside the entrance. Additionally it's a 3-5 minute drive to the beach !

This first floor condo is beautifully decorated and clean! Hosts thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay enjoyable with all the comforts of home included. It’s great that we are able to bring our pet each time we come also. And we have booked this condo multiple times! The hosts always checks in to make sure we have arrived safely and send us a final message as we are getting ready to leave. Communication is a one of the many strong points with these great hosts. We can’t wait to come back!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very clean, cozy and fully stocked with everything you need. It’s in a very quiet area which was an extra plus for us! Bobby was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely keep this on our list of top places to stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this pet-friendly condo. The property was clean and had all the necessities for a relaxing stay. Our favorite feature was the screened porch with a tree-lined view of the golf course. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable!

The condo was in great shape and the location was perfect for us. Our little dog (Winston) a seven pound Maltese really liked walking all over the place. There was a very well stocked pantry and everything you would need to cook or bake about anything you could think of. The beach was a short drive to Pawleys Island and the main parking area always had plenty of parking. The local eateries were great and we ate plenty of local fresh seafood to last a while. If we decide to go back to the area we will certainly try to stay here again. Thank you Bob for helping us have a great week!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We especially liked this unit for it's location and proximity to everything Pawleys Island has to offer. It is a first floor unit so no stairs to carry luggage, groceries or golf bags up!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We have tried to leave no detail unaddressed. We have furnished all spices and basic things you may need to cook with and don't want to purchase for a short vacation. We have also furnished beach items, charcoal and lighter fluid and grill utensils. There are plenty of paper towels, trash bags and laundry detergents also. All towels and linens are brand new as well as the furnishings and appliances.
