Siesta Leona House is newly remodeled with fabulous coastal furnishings, 2500 sq ft of living space. Three bedrooms, 2 queen one king, all decorated in classic coastal designs...Two person kayak included in rental, as well as bikes. This house is a show stopper...
Best of all, you are in the Village of Siesta, no car needed, walk to the Village in 3 minutes and enjoy the wonderful restaurants, Farmer's Market, galleries and shops. Ride to Siesta beach on provided bikes or take the free trolley down to Turtle beach. This is the perfect rental for a couple or a family!
Our property is cleaned and sanitized after every rental and a 24hr waiting period is required

Awesome vacation home

Charron is a great host. Her home has everything you need, comfortable beds and is a great location. Always very clean and very detailed instructions. We love visiting here. Our second time and I'm sure there will be a third. Thanks Charron!

Fabulous

Fantastic property, location could not be better, only five minutes walk to everything. I loved the style and theme of the house, can tell a lot of thought and consideration has been put into creating this beautiful home. Will definitely love to stay again when in holiday to Florida again

Wonderful property!

This was a wonderful property. So clean and roomy. The amenities were great and it was walking distance from the Village. Charron was a wonderful host and very responsive, but really did not need to be as everything was seamless and perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. We love Siesta Key!

Perfect

Just what we were looking for! Clean and bright home very close to the village and a short walk to the beach. Had most everything you would need. I hadn't experienced a solar heated pool in the summer before, but it was still actually quite nice. Being canal front is a big plus and we took advantage of using the kayak. Charron kept checking in with us to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely book again!

Jim & I purchased Siesta de Mayo Cottage in 2009 in the Village of Siesta and proceeded to restore the rental units with hard work and creativity. We always felt it was a labor of love and we met many great guest's who became our friends..
Always thinking and looking for another property on the intercoastal waterway in the Village of Siesta...After seven years of looking, we found Siesta Leona House in the Village of Siesta on the intercoastal waterway.. With the help of a great real estate agent, tenacity and many sleepless nights, we purchased the property in April
2018.
We proceeded to restore this gem to a gorgeous vacation home...Quality furnishings, classic cottage design, plenty of space to hangout and relax. Every area of the property has been updated inside and out.
We feel it is a privilege to own this home and hope you will enjoy it as well.

The moment we walked into Siesta Leona House for the first time, we felt the house had been well cared for by the original owner and was in good shape. With the help of some talented floor refinishers, painters, pool techs and gardeners Siesta Leona came to life!
Under the shag rugs were beautiful terrazzo floors...
We feel honored to own this beauty of a home on the intercoastal way and hope our guest's will as well. We welcome renters that will enjoy and respect this beauty... you will not be disappointed.

This home has 2500 sq ft of living space, central AC, 3 bedrooms, two full baths, two living areas, good sized well stocked kitchen, reading library, toys,solar heated pool, enclosed lania ..We never imagined that we could own this beauty
To walk to Siesta Village, is about three minutes. You can shop,dine, enjoys Olafs Ice Cream, Meanys Donuts and over 20 restaurants The property is on a quiet well maintained street. We have wonderful neighbors and ask our guests to respect this beautiful area.
Having such a magnificent property in the Village of Siesta is a gift and we hope you will enjoy it.
