Welcome to 672 Western Lake Drive, a stunning 5-bedroom home in the heart of WaterColor's Park District, just steps from the Boathouse Pool & Beach Club. As you enter, you're greeted by a spacious open layout featuring a cozy living room, perfect for gatherings around the flat-screen TV, and an oversized bar for easy cocktail access.

The luxurious kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, custom countertops, and a dining area that seats eight, making it an entertainer's dream. A first-floor king bedroom with an ensuite bath adds convenience.

On the second floor, the master suite offers a private bath, walk-in shower, and access to a large balcony with two elegant couches. Great place to stay

We had 12 family members for my granddaughter's wedding at the Seaside Chapel on Saturday. The location was wonderful and easy access to all amenities. Beds were so comfortable. Recommend for anyone. Thanks you.

Great family vacay

We had a wonderful time staying in Watercolor with our family. The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Management was available and quick to reply if needed. Overall it was a great stay!

Family and friends beach trip 2020

Wonderful House

We vacationed with 2 other families and the house was great. Perfect location with plenty of room. Having golf cart included was added bonus. Rental company was communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Watercolor

Beautiful home in Watercolor complete with modern kitchen, plenty of towels, and spacious rooms. Golf cart was really handy for shuttling kids to Camp Watercolor and the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect vacation house for large group!

This house is absolutely perfect for a large family or group. It is not only spacious and accomodating, but was clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The watercolor beach club had everyting we could need to make our vacation perfect. It was in a perfect location as well. Our family will be back for sure!!

Great stay for friends attending out of town wedding

We had the best time staying in this home and visiting Seaside, Rosemary, and Santa Rosa beaches! It worked out perfect for our group of 10. We loved having the golf cart to conveniently get around, and the pool and beach access in Water Color was awesome! The communication before and during the stay was great and incredibly helpful. We highly recommend staying here!

Great vacation

A wonderful time was had by all of us! The house was great. Beds were comfortable. The dishwasher could use a new bottom rack. Otherwise, the house is very nice!

The Perfect House

This house was amazing. We have stayed in many houses in Watercolor and this one, by far, was the nicest house we have stayed in! It was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. We spent Thanksgiving with our family and we had every thing that we needed! Thanks for sharing your home!

Family vacation

Overall our stay was wonderful. Some newer nonstick cookware and a few large serving bowls would be a nice addition. Also, better Wi-Fi to all areas of the house would be much appreciated. When the Keurig died a new one was delivered immediately. Watercolor amenities were fantastic.

Great Location

We loved the location of the property and the space. It was perfect for our family of 9 with plenty of space for everyone. We also liked the layout of the kitchen as it was spacious and everyone could be in the common area at one time. The location was great and so easy to get to the beach and beach club, WaterColor park and the Lakes pool, get to the grocery store and Seaside Town Center. The only downfalls were that the property still had some residue/items leftover from previous guests and the bikes were not very high quality. Otherwise it was a great trip!

Well appointed furnishings and decor. The house is spacious and welcoming. Kitchen was equally well appointed with high end appliances; however, we were disappointed to experience the same attention to detail was not provided in the dish, glass, and cutlery. We were very happy with our selection of this beautiful home. The location was exactly as described, 7 mint walk to the beach or a 3 minute cart ride.

Fall break

The house is perfectly situated close to everything. Watercolor has wonderful facilities. The beach is specatcular and even in October it is beach weather. The house has everything you need. And what you don’t bring you can find at Publix a few blocks away. The grill worked and there was extra propane. The house was comfortable and the efficiency is great for teens. The golf cart was icing on the cake. We had a great week!

Great stay and great mgmt company

We had a great stay at Western Lake Drive. The management company allowed us into the home early and did a great job communicating via text. There was a issue with the golf cart but sent a tech over within an hour. The house was clean, big, and a great location. We used the bikes to go to the watercolor beachclub and beach, and also go to seaside and grayton. We had 4 couples and 1 single (9 total) and had plenty of space. The walls are kindof thin not a single other complaint. Props to Sanders Management, they're doing a graet job deliverying the customer service you expect for cost of the house.

Great choice for a family vacation!

We loved this house!! It was just right. The house is well built and in a perfect location. It is within easy walking/bike ride distance of the beach club. The bikes are in really good condition and are comfortable. 6 bikes were plenty for our needs for 10 people. The house is well decorated and family room and dining room sofas and chairs are very comfortable. It says the house does not come with beach towels; however, they aren’t really necessary as the beach club gives you a fresh towel every day. The kitchen is very nice; however, you may want to consider bringing a large salad bowl or large Pyrex dish in your car when you come, if you will be cooking for a large group. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. The management group was very accommodating for us. We would definitely rent this house again!

We can't wait to come back!!

I had never been to 30A and I was concerned about the craziness of Spring Break, but we couldn't have stayed at a better house to accommodate myself, my husband, our two daughters and 7 additional teenagers. The house was beautiful, simple, clean, and close to everything we needed (Publix, the club pool, tennis courts, public beach, club private beach, Seaside shops, the food trucks, etc.) If we didn't want to walk, we had 8 bikes and a 6-person golf cart to also get us around, so there was never any transportation issues, which was an appreciated bonus. Thank you for an absolutely amazing vacation - we can't wait to come back!
