Great property: pool layout and proximity to beach were perfect. Only disappointment was that the "arcade room" as listed in the VRBO listing was apparently only a ping pong table which was damaged and unusable during our stay.

Our stay at Oceans 13 was wonderful. The house was big enough to accommodate our family of 21 with ease. Really enjoyed the extra living areas to gather and play games. The laundry rooms on 2 levels was so helpful and play space for children was an huge plus for us. The pool was bigger than it looked in the obit and the hot tub held all 10 adults at one time! Our favorite was the closeness to the beach!!! A 5 minute shady stroll and we were on the beautiful white sands of Holly beach! Just a 7 minute bike ride to Seaside to enjoy shopping, food trucks and yummy restaurants. Only negative was the lack of seating during meals. Wish there was a bigger dining table with more chairs. We ended up eating in shifts or sitting in living areas with plates in our laps! Overall a great place to stay if you have a large group!

Amazing Place

We had such a great time with our entire family at this beautiful property! We did not know what to expect but were thoroughly amazed. Appreciate getting late check out and they were helpful throughout our stay! Golf cart was a must! Really helped getting around. Rooms were great and spacious.

A short walk to the beach , a golf cart ride to seaside . It was perfect . I would definitely rent this house again . The property management team was top notch, always available to answer any questions I had .

Amazing home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is truly even finer than the images. It's conveniently located & the golf cart & bikes make it so nice. Only complaint is that the AC in two bedrooms was somewhat erratic. The property mgmt did come & ac guy ordered the part but it was fairly hot when you sleep. Also the code for the door was so long & didn't work at first and that was a pain

Family Get Together

15 family members from across the country. Ages 3 to 73. House was very nice. Well appointed and good location. Spa did not work. We contacted the property manager 3 times. No one ever came to fix it. Had a terrible time communicating with rental company before our arrival. I would avoid them if we return. We had a great visit in spite of the weather.

Simply amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are not enough words to describe our week in this gorgeous home! So much space for all of us! And beautiful and tastefully decorated! Top notch! Everybody absolutely loved it! Your team is also very patient and very responsive. It took a while to figure out the pool alarm deal with the doors but we figured it out. The stove takes a little bit of figuring out as well but we did. The location, the pool, the landscaping, the interior, everything is really amazing - 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you for everything!
