Located at 350 Walker Cup in Kiawah Island s exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation, this five-star, 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom, Lowcountry home at 350 Walker Cup is situated on a lagoon that is teaming with a variety of large island birds and wildlife and is the perfect home for entertaining. The 5000 square foot property includes a screened porch with a stone fireplace, a steam bath, two laundry rooms, beautiful but comfortable furnishings, and a gourmet kitchen with a six burner Viking Range and dining space for 10 guests. (Appliances including the dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator were all replaced in 2023.)

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with king beds, private bathrooms and dressing rooms. Ascending the staircase to the second floor, you will find the remaining three bedrooms, hosting one king bed, two queen beds, and another room with a queen bed, respectively, and each containing their own private bathrooms. The impressive pool deck, highlighted by the new infinity edge pool and hot tub, overlooks the lagoon as an ideal place to relax. The quiet and beautiful Walker Cup cul-de-sac has only five houses and no traffic. The beach is just an easy 4 minute walk along the adjacent historical Live Oak All e beach path. The owners of Kiawah Island the Vanderhorst family, from 1801 went by horseback and walked from their home on the other side of the island to camp on the beach in the summer. The Vanderhorst neighborhood offers beautiful homes and the famous Ocean Course, which is recognized as host to the 2012 PGA Championship Golf Tournament and 2021 PGA Championship Golf Tournament.

After your stay, you will agree with other guests that this is one of the premier homes on Kiawah, and your family will want to return to your Kiawah Beach House year-after-year building memories for a lifetime. Please note that pool heat is not available December-March.

Pool Heating Fee: $450 for 3 days at a minimum due to initial cost of heating the pool, then $50 for additional days there after. $750 total for a week.
There is no heating fee for the Hot Tub Spa.
