From the outset, we designed this home to be the premier Kiawah Island luxury rental. A short 3-minute walk to the beach, the spacious multi-family residence offers the best of everything. Centrally located on Kiawah Island, by the corner of Flyway and Glen Abbey in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation, convenient to shopping and restaurants at Freshfields Village as well as all the on-island amenities. Directly across the street is a park like setting. The front porch overlooks Turtle Point Golf Course 4th & 5th holes.

**In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance (TOKI #RBL23-000011) and with the Kiawah Elegance Agreement, all guests agree the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 4, approved number of bedrooms is 7, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 16.
**Please see rental agreement for owner's cancellation policy.
**Optional heating or cooling of the pool, $150/per day.
**Elevator - The elevator is available for use during your stay. However, any service calls or repairs will be the responsibility of the renter and taken from the damage deposit.

We work hard to minimize issues and partner with on-island property management. I will be your personal point of contact throughout the booking process and during your stay.

We love Kiawah! My family has been coming here since the mid 90's. We often travel with large groups, other family members, friends, young children and grandparents. The home is close to the beach and designed to accommodate these groups. It incorporates large gathering spaces but also private areas to get away and relax. The spacious three floor layout is perfectly designed to complement the private outdoor space with pool.
