Book your escape to Traverse City now in this popular 2-story downtown condo!

Please note: for high summer season (June through August) priorities are granted with a discount for week-long bookings - ideally Saturday to Saturday.

You deserve every minute of your vacation to recuperate and unplug by watching the waves, basking in the sunshine, and taking advantage of activities on Front Street. Enjoy amazing food & wine, boutique shopping, cultural events, author events, festivals, and catch a film at the historic State Theater.

The TART trail and beach paths are just steps out the door. Throw your clubs in the car and enjoy the nearby golf courses, or book a group tour of the wineries and breweries that pepper the peninsulas. Bring along your bikes and secure them during your stay at the dedicated bike racks. Don't forget your fishing poles, the salmon start running in September!

Excellent location. Loved sitting out in the deck enjoying water view. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the two floors… made it feel like a home

This was an absolute perfect location in TC, walking distance to everything. The unit had great beds and many little touches that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable!

2 couples Visiting tc for a weekend. Great location a few blocks from town with a great balcony and view of the bay. Perfect for a getaway weekend!

Great Location with a view

Convenient location at the edge of downtown fit our needs perfectly. Great access to the many wineries and restaurants. Quiet, clean and homey! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The condo was very nice, 2 level. It was clean, comfortable, and just as advertised. We liked the neighborhood, and that it was within walking distance to the beach, downtown shops, restaurants, etc.

Great location, convenient and walkable to downtown. Central to many places both east and west, comfortable beds. Supplied with renters in mind. My second time to rent for a week.

Location was great and the rental was very clean. Everything was provided for, however a television would have been nice. Owner was attentive and made the process very simple. Would stay here again.

We have addressed this concern and now have a smart TV with Spectrum internet television and access to other programs such as Netflix and Amazon. As well, we have high-speed internet service, which can be used to stream services from your personal devices.

Great location!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Great location walking distance to town. Quiet but close to everything. Very comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen. There were even beach chairs that came in very handy. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute condo

This condo was perfect for our small family. Perfectly located for walking to the beach and there was a nice park/playground right behind it. A short commute put us right in the heart of downtown and parking was a super-cheap-to us-Chicogoans-breeze. The condo was spacious and very clean and comfy and we had zero issues with check in/out or other residents.

Excellent condo downtown TC adjacent

Very clean and well appointed vacation rental, can't beat having 2 balcony's with a water view, and walk 5 min to beautiful downtown TC shops, nice little Sunset Beach area and park across the street not as busy as Clinch Park which is still walkable. Perfect location and easy parking. Great host communication and instructions. Would definitely stay again with the wife and kid!

Great condo with excellent location

We visit TC frequently and this was our first time at this condo. Location is excellent for walking downtown and driving to other destinations around TC. Parking was easy. Condo has a good layout with two bedrooms/baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs. View of the lake is a plus. We are already making plans for our next trip in December. We were very happy with the overall experience.

Great Location and Space!

West Bay fun-filled TC getaway was very much as advertised. The location was fantastic. Easy walking to downtown and beach, view of the bay from the balconies, and very convenient parking - which not all similar properties in TC have. The living area and kitchen were roomier than anticipated and the bedrooms with en-suites had ample space. The condo is very clean and comfortably decorated. Board games were a bonus for our family. We highly recommend!
