Your home away from home has all the amenities to make your stay as relaxing as it can be.
• Unwind in-front of the fireplace. Enjoy your favorite wine with the supplied wine glasses.
• After a long day at the beach, you can feel at home and watch your favorite TV show
• A upscale functional kitchen with quality utensils and cookware means you can prepare your meals, or if you’d rather, there are many restaurant options a short walk away.
• Each of the two bedrooms has their own TV
• Washer and dryer for your use in the condo.


Enjoy the area during the warmer months
• Peninsula Bay Resort offers an outdoor pool, hot tub (May through September ) and grill area, along with beach chairs to relax on the beach.
• 330 feet of Sandy frontage on the East Grand Traverse Bay.
• Winery and Cherry Orchards are within easy reach.
• No Hassle Access to Down-Town traverse city via the TART Trail or seasonal BATA Bus route (Memorial Day to Labor Day)


Many seasonal sports options nearby:
• With a Bike rental store and the tart trail across the street, this is the perfect location for biking. The Tart Trail connects to 100 of miles of biking trails and you are minutes away from Downtown Traverse City.
• For the equestrian, there are horseback riding tours nearby and “The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival” is just 6 miles down the road
• There is Jet Ski and Boat rental right next door.
• Snow Skiing at Mt Holiday Resort is only a few miles away at either Hickory Hills or Mt. Holiday.
• There are also many Fat Tire bike trails and events during the winter months.
• There are many snowmobile trails and snowmobile rental places near by.

This was our third year staying here, and we love it more every time! The beach, pool, and hot tub make it the perfect spot for our family. The host is incredibly responsive, and anytime something came up, it was addressed and fixed right away. We always have such a great stay and love coming back year after year. We’ve already booked again for next summer and can’t wait to return!

This condo is the perfect getaway! The location cannot be beat--right on the water with private beach chairs and a pool/hot tub. Steps from restaurants, ice cream and putt putt and a short drive right into Traverse City proper. The condo itself is lovely. It is very nicely appointed with everything you could need from kitchen items to games and even shower amenities. Very comfortable beds and soft linens and a really nice extra touch of provided beach towels. Communication with the owners was great, absolutely no issues. We hope to return next summer!

We loved the condo! It was so clean, lots of room and close everything. Christine was great with answering all our questions, and helping to make check in go smoothly! We had a wonderful vacation; thank you for a great place to stay! We would definitely stay there again!

Our family loved staying here. Communication was excellent, it was on a busy road, but we never heard traffic noise while inside. The beach was beautiful, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

This was our second time staying at this condo. It is spacious, clean and has a perfect beach location. My kids love having the beach so close and a pool and a hot tub! The condo itself is nicely decorated, lots of seating, everything you need for a home away from home. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect Location

We had a great stay. Perfect location on the beach with added benefit of heated pools when kids were tired of the beach. Highly recommend.

Best stay yet.

We have stayed at this property for 10 years and this year was by far the best experience. The host was accommodating, thoughtful, and easily accessible. The unit was clean, had extra bedding, beach towels, and hotel like amenities.

Great Stay

Beautiful condo that was very clean. Pool and hot tub facing the lake is a definite plus. Great location to a lot of stuff. We will stay here again in the future

Great location with wonderful pool and beach

This condo was in a great location with a very quiet comfortable beach and the swimming pool was great to warm up after our 5 year old was swimming in the lake. Comfy apartment with everything we needed and comfortable beds to sleep in.

Weekend Getaway

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. This was a great location as described had supplies for cooking and nearly everything you could want communication with the host was great perfect location with a gorgeous view. I would highly recommend.

Great location

We had a great time at the condo! Very spacious and came equitably with everything we needed for a weeks stay. We enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tub and overall location. Short drive into traverse city and some great restaurants within walking distance. Overall an awesome vacation.

Excellent property!

We really enjoyed our stay here! As two couples vacationing together it was the perfect home base for wine touring, shopping and all our Traverse City fun. It was close to everything, but also quiet and relaxing. All the amenities we could think of were waiting for us when we got there. We would stay here again!
