Alana was easy and wonderful as a host and the place was very clean. Although not right on the beach it has great views of the sea and easy access to beach.

The place was very clean and neat when we arrived. Everything in its place. Parking was nice with just a few steps to the front door. Everyone commented on much they enjoyed the place. On our last day a huge windstorm (Hurricane Rachel) came up and blew sand everywhere, so the cleanup crew has their work cut out for them. The ocean waves were spectacular though.A couple small items:1-the hot water for the showers seemed to be hit and miss. Took a few cold showers.2-the third bedroom has a very tiny closet with nowhere to place luggage or personal effects. No table or counter space. Everything had to go on the floor or on the beds. That's not real handy when your over 80. A dresser or chest-of-drawers and a chair would be really nice.All in all, we had a very nice stay and would do it again.

Everything about our stay was 100%. We loved the ocean views. The property was clean and very comfortable for me, my husband, 3 young adult kids, and one friend. The information the host provided before and during our visit was timely and helpful. We placed an optional food order for delivery the morning after our arrival, which arrived as expected and was delicious. The beach was peaceful, and the community was quiet. This house and the trip were exactly what we wanted. We hope we can stay here again sometime soon.

Beautiful and peaceful Rocky Pointe home

Clean, comfortable, and high-end

We enjoyed a relaxing family trip. The host, Alana was very helpful. Yiyi, her local assistant, helped us easily make attraction arrangements via WhatsApp. The house was lovely and the little thoughtful extras were a treat! Sipping coffee or dining on the deck with the ocean breeze elevated our experience.

Amazing views and beautiful home

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The layout, decks, furnishings, kitchenware, security, and many others. Communication with the owners was above and beyond other experiences.

Spring Break...2020

We love this property! Everything was perfect from the location, curb appeal, the interior of the home, the patio's, the amazing view and all the personal touches. We have spent a lot of time in Rocky Point in resorts and homes, this felt like a little of both. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with, Alana always responded quickly:)

Gorgeous Place

Best Beach House Ever!!

My family spent a long Easter weekend at this beautiful home! The long weekend turned out to be far too short as this home was so wonderful we didn't want to leave. Location was perfect, house was immaculately clean and well-appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Close enough to everything you might want to do in Rocky Point, but just far enough away to enjoy the beach without all the noise of downtown. The view from the patio was breathtaking. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. The location was perfect and the views were spectacular. Thanks for your wonderful communication. The welcome packet was appreciated with easy instructions and wonderful suggestions on restaurants, shopping, etc. We enjoyed the little surprise gift as well. :)

We couldn’t have been more pleased

Alana is an amazing communicator. The information she shared was very detailed and helpful. She continued to be available though out our stay as needed and responded in minutes to any questions. The house itself is extremely clean, comfortable and updated with a fabulous patio and view. The hosts have definitely thought of the needs and wants of their guests by providing pretty much everything necessary, including extra towels, small appliances, a welcome gift, etc. We couldn’t have been happier with the property and the hosts! I would definitely stay here again and hope to do so soon!

Awesome beach vacation!

Our stay at Villa Serena exceeded our expectations in just about every way. Communications and instructions were great and our host was always available to help with anything we needed to ask about the area. The home itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay for our family. Spacious and grand, yet somehow cozy and "beachy" (is that a word?) at the same time. View and sound of the ocean was amazing! The area felt safe and the beach was a very short 30 second walk from the back gate. This was our second stay in Rocky Point, last time we stayed at one of the big resorts on Sandy Beach. The resort was great but I think Villa Serena is on another level that the resort accomodations can't compare with. Thank you so much Alana and Rick! We are looking forward to staying again.

Great beach escape!

We had a wonderful fall break vacation at this VRBO located in Las Conchas! We were a group of 2 families and the place was big enough for all of us. The view from the two decks was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all of the meals we had planned without any problem. The beach was so peaceful! The kids had a blast playing in the sand, swimming in the ocean, finding seashells, and exploring the coral. They are already asking when we can go back! Most of all, Alana was extremely responsive. She provided us with a lot of tips to help make our stay even better. We were able to get massages while we were there and even ordered delicious homemade breakfast burritos that were dropped off at the house. All in all a wonderful trip and we didn't want to leave!

Gorgeous property, fantastic views, wonderful location.

We've stayed at their other beach front properties several times and love them. We decided to give the brand new Villa Serena a try this time. It's a beautiful brand new house with a gorgeous boveda ceiling in the main room. Even being off the beach the views and sea breezes are spectacular. Loved the rain shower heads and beautiful showers. The cleanliness of the place (as the others) was top notch- so important to us. We really enjoyed being at the front end of Las Conchas this time - such convenience to town. Although it's not beach front, it's just a short hike to the beach, if you plan ahead with a large beach bag for your gear it's not a big deal at all. Loved the chiminea....super easy to get a fire going even with the breeze and loved the upper deck for night time star gazing. We also loved the individual a/c units....so very handy. We had an absolutely wonderful time. My only complaints (and they're not REALLY complaints per se) are 1) the overhead fan light in the one bedrooms never seems to turn off completely (like a dim night light that you can only see if it's night time) mildly problematic for those that need complete darkness to sleep. Luckily I had my mask 2) the lighting in the kitchen is a bit insufficient for night time cooking which we did a lot of and 3)the set up of the couches in front of the tv is a bit of an awkward angle to watch something. Minor things with easy fixes and they certainly didn't interfere with the joy of our stay.. Other than that it's a truly beautiful, clean, comfortable property and we would be more than happy to return!!!!

It’s something I never thought to check and no one has mentioned it until now. I will also look into stronger lightbulbs in the kitchen. As for the couches, we wanted to order nice oversized couches to fit as many people as possible and be really comfy but I agree that you may have to turn it a little bit if you are watching t.v. Rocky Point Birthday In Paradise 2022

Villa Serena was our "happy home" for a week in which two of our party of four women were celebrating milestone birthdays. The birthday girls were THRILLED to be greeted with tequila, a bowl of limes, salt shaker and fold-out-birthday decoration!! The house is beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed, and our soap and paper products lasted right to the end of our stay. And, we were particularly pleased at the off-street parking. WE CAN NOT WAIT TO RETURN!!

Awesome!!

This property is now our first choice for future visits to Rocky Point. It is very clean and has every amenity that one will expect from a home away from home. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were all top notch. The beddings and towels are comfortable and supper clean. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony! The hosts checked in on us day of arrival and provided us tips on day of departure. We look forward to our next stay. I highly recommend this property!!

Would return in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing experience at this home. The home was perfect for two families. The home was extremely clean and we had every amenity that we could possibly need. We had two young children and walking to the beach was a breeze. It took us less than 2 minutes walking to arrive at the beach. The best food we had while there was the two nights we had dinner delivered from a local named Peter. His wife makes all of the food and it is delicious! His information was in the information packet. The hosts were attentive and communication was amazing! I would highly recommend this stay!
