Definitely needs updating. Master shower needs new faucets. Stair rail on 3rd floor loose and pulling away from wall. 2nd floor bath with the tub barely drains. Be prepared not to get any sleep on Friday and Saturday nights from 10pm to 3am as the bar across the street plays music sooo loud, not one of the 6 of us could sleep.On a positive, the sunset views are amazing especially from the Master suite. Pool is nice and is heated. Front desk check-in is a breeze.

Great location and plenty of room

This was our second time staying at this propery. The location is great, property very clean and lots of room for the entire family.

Please view the pics. There is a beach with palapa's and chairs directly in front of the Villa. Sandy Beach is around the corner of the property, a 5 min walk if that. I enjoyed hosting your group Leticia and hopefully you'll return in the future.

Puerto Penasco had a huge wind storm and the cleaning ladies attempted to dust all the sand off of the patio furniture the day before your arrival. I and appreciate your feedback.

Excellent Choice

My group of friends and I stayed here for a few nights and loved the Villa!!! We usually stay at Las Palomas which is very busy. We really liked the location of being on Sandy Beach, in a quiet complex and the villa felt more like a townhouse than condo. The pools were great, the views and beach fantastic and location for walking everywhere was perfect. We didn't use our car the whole time here. The Villa is very spacious with really comfortable beds. It was nice have a bathroom and TV in each room. Kitchen huge compared to most places. The owner was easy to work with and we plan on definitely coming back and staying here.

Family Vacation

The condo was nice but there were issues with the A/C. The A/C is controlled by the owner and until I mentioned that the condo was hot that they decided to turn on the A/C. On day 2 we were without water for 8 hours. The issue started in the morning during my shower, which I had to finish with bottled water. I messaged the property manager and about an hour later and asked if we were all showering at the same time. She finally said someone would be stopping by to see what the issue was after 30 minutes I went to the HOA office and they sent someone. The water tank that holds and supplies the water to the condo ran out of water. This caused other issues. After the water tank was filled the water pump broke. The owner and property manager should be on point for those types of issues but if they would have ensured the water tank has sufficient water. If we did not have three toddlers with us the issue would not have been so urgent. Poor handling of the situation by the owner and property manager. Will not be renting again on that property ever again.

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry you have to deal with the water shortage in Puerto Penasco. Every year, there are a few weeks where the water is limited to all homes in Puerto Penasco. I've owned this home for 4 years and this is the 1st time its happened at mine and don't anticipate it to happen again. Pinacate supplies the water and it get a huge allotment. The AC was set for 69 but obviously not cold enough for the guest. The nest upstairs which is AC and heat is now controlled by the guests staying at the Villa.

Great place for a family getaway. The villa was clean, comfortable, and just steps from the beach. We loved being able to walk to a bunch of restaurants, and during the day it was peaceful and relaxing. At night the area comes alive if you’re looking for food, drinks, or nightlife. Overall, an awesome location and we’d definitely stay here again.Will definitely be booking again.

It was beautiful inside, the view was to die for! We enjoyed the proximity to the swimming pool, hot tub, and Sandy Beach. We couldn't use the pool right off the patio, but the other pool was only a few steps away. It can be a little noisy at night because it is literally right across the street from a night club and the Malecon is maybe half a mile away, but that's what we wanted, so it was perfect for us. It wasn't so noisy that we couldn't sleep. The accommodations were very comfortable, there was plenty of seating inside and on the patios. We loved it and would definitely go again. I would also like to note that it is 3 stories, so if you don't like stairs, you're probably not going to love it as much as we did.
