First level unit on the bank of the Fraser River. Fly fishing access and mountain bike trails close in close proximity to the condo. Walking distance to the stores and restaurants. On the resort shuttle bus route. 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Wifi, full kitchen and access to all of the club house amenities. Accommodates 4 if they are friendly with the two queen bed options. Accommodates 2 if they are not so friendly. And it sleeps one if that person is just intolerable. Please note, some facilities may not be accessible due to Covid. All of the condo associations are under the same restrictions. Town of Winter Park Registration Number 005846

We had a great stay in Winter Park. We enjoyed the condo and it’s in a perfect location. The Fraser River in the back yard was very relaxing.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay for 7 days! The room was very clean with fresh towels and bedding. The laundry facility was convenient, however, it’s at the amenity center down the street. The amenity center is nice, with a pool table and hot tubs, which we greatly enjoyed. We tasted almost every restaurant in town and highly recommend Smokehouse BBQ and Mexicali Taco! There’s a beautiful creek running behind the property that provides great ambience. Overall, we would absolutely stay again!

Everything was great. Cozy apartment in the middle of town, very close to the ski resort. Only complaint would be the worn out mattress.

Great stay!

Condo was as advertised. Perfect spot for a four night stay for a couple. Kitchen had everything needed and also great location to restaurants and shops. Would stay again!

Perfect for WPR Ski Trip

Great place for my ski trip with my two sons. Had everything we needed for our stay. Quick drive to Winter Park Resort. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs after each day of skiing.

The place was small but nice,pool and hot tubs were clean. Location was perfect for our long weekend ski trip. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Perfect for our needs.

This was a Christmas gift for our kids to enjoy a ski trip with friends during spring break. It was perfect for them.

Thomas was fantastic and very accommodating. He allowed us to check in early and check out late to match our train schedule. The condo was close enough to everything to be convenient, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The river was right outside the back door. We’re already hoping to come back next year and would love to stay here again. No complaints at all!

Only one block from bus stop to ski area, and within two to four blocks are multiple restaurants and bars. Some furniture outdated, but comfy bed and couch, and the place was very clean. Walk out thru the slider to a patio, and the river/creek is within 50 feet. Would stay here again for sure.

great location and apartment

The apartment was at the end of a cul-de-sac, so was nice and quiet with no passing traffic. It was warm and cosy and had all the amenities we needed for an extended stay. It's close enough for the shuttle bus to the skiing, and easy walking to bars and restaurants etc.

The unit was very well equipped & the setting was private & quiet. The bed was comfortable & we both slept soundly. Everything about the place was as described or even better.

I am a working stiff that needs to be close to Denver during the week. I like to mountain bike and ride off road dirt bikes. This property solves all of my logistics issues. Winter Park is the place to be.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Close to everything. Mountain bike trails are very close and fly fishing is even closer. 20 steps and you are in the Fraser river, roll casting for trout. This unit isn't a fancy property, but it is clean. Come and enjoy the whir of the humming birds in the summer and the crisp fluffy powder in the winter.
