CANCELLATION POLICY: 30 day prior for full Refund. Leaser will try to honor a cancellation request by the renter(s). Should the leaser be able to re-rent the time period reserved, then the renter's security deposit will be returned. If the time period reserved cannot be re-rented, then the renter will forfeit the entire security deposit.

HURRICANE EVACUATION POLICY: Full refunds for days not used will be given in the event of a mandatory Hurricane Evacuation.
