UNIT #11 Bonita Beach is a pet friendly, open concept, high-end, END (CORNER) UNIT, OCEANFRONT (RIGHT NEXT TO THE OCEAN AND BEACH), 3-bedroom, 3-full bathroom, 2nd floor (upper), condominium that has AN EXTRA-LARGE, COVERED, WRAP-AROUND BALCONY, and SPECTACULAR, UNOBSTRUCTED, EXPANSIVE VIEWS of the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the white sands of Laguna Beach, gorgeous sunsets, and colorful skies year round TO THE WEST (and East).

THE OCEAN, BEACH, SUNSET, AND COLORFUL SKY VIEWS FROM THIS UPPER, END (CORNER) CONDO ARE THE BEST VIEWS AT THE BONITA BEACH COMPLEX (along with one other condo).

Unit #11 has 12 high-tech floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors in the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom and hall areas. It has MORE floor-to-ceiling beachside windows AND sliding glass doors, significantly MORE ocean, beach and sunset views, and a FAR LARGER, WRAP-AROUND BALCONY, in comparison with inner unit condos at the same complex. It has TWO MORE floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the beach and ocean than all inner unit condos at the complex, as well as magnificent SUNSET VIEWS from BOTH inside of the condo and the wrap-around balcony, and full views of the ocean down the beach to the east that are not obstructed by any other condos in the complex (unlike inner unit condo at the same complex). UNIT #11 has direct, private access to the ocean and beach via only one set of stairs off of the balcony (with no elevators to wait for), and has two porcelain tile and river rock frameless walk-in showers with matching floors and built-in seats in two of the three bathrooms, as well as a fully renovated kitchen and all three bathrooms, with all new cabinets, granite counters and porcelain tile flooring with "drop-ins."

The beach in front of UNIT #11 is very private and relatively un-populated, and has a very peaceful and relaxing feel, which is in great contrast with the often very highly populated, and busy beaches, located in front of many high-rise condominium buildings.

There is only one flight of steps, including a landing, that lead from the wrap-around balcony of UNIT #11 to the sandy beach, and an outdoor shower is present at the base of the steps, permitting guests to conveniently wash sand off from their bodies and beach equipment prior to entering into the condo.

Unit #11 has a 16 seer, 3.5 ton, American Standard (Train), Straight Cool System, Coastal Unit, air conditioner (top-of-the-line and very powerful air conditioner).

UNIT #11 is beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings, ORIGINAL art work and accessories, including state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a 31- cubic foot french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, a full size oven and stove, a dish washer and a microwave oven), custom kitchen cabinets with slow-close drawers and accent lighting above, below, and in, such kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, custom bathroom cabinets and mirrors, several Schonbek crystal light fixtures, Casa Blanca and Quoizel ceiling fans, two top-of-the-line Wesley Allen king-sized wrought iron beds in two bedrooms, one such Wesley Allen queen-sized wrought iron bed in a 3rd bedroom, a dining room table having comfortable seating for 10 or more, and a huge island with an eating bar that can comfortably seat at least 6 more on wrought iron and leather bar stools, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, tall cathedral ceilings (which are not present in lower units), crown molding, sky lights, porcelain tile (most floors, master bedroom bathroom shower and floor, and other king bedroom bathroom shower and floor), wood flooring, very comfortable furniture (large sectional and two matching chairs). Each of the three bedrooms has a 32” Sony television, and the living room has a 65” LG HIGH-DEFINITION, SMART, television. The wrap-around balcony has very comfortable seating for at least 10 adults, along with three separate bar- height tables. This state-of-the-art patio furniture permits the ocean to be clearly viewed by many while very comfortably having appetizers and eating meals on the wrap-around balcony. The condominium has high definition Comcast cable TV and internet, an electronic programmable safe for a heightened security of cash and other valuables (installed by a security company, as in a hotel), a garbage disposal, a regular coffee machine, a Keurig coffee machine, a large, full kitchen with all amenities and high-quality utensils, dishware, cookware and bake ware, a new high tech full size clothing washer and dryer, air conditioning and electric heat. Towels and linens are provided, as well as beach chairs. The condominium complex has an in-ground pool, a reserved parking spot (with additional guest parking and additional parking across the street) and refuse pick-up.

Unit #11 has been fully remodeled and updated by a licensed general contractor. All new ceilings (including hurricane clips, insulation, wood and sheet rock) and six new light fixtures were installed in the kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway, and the sheet rock in many of the walls and other ceilings was replaced. New floors were installed throughout the condo, and 10 brand new top-quality floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors were installed in the living room, dining room and hallway areas, as well as a new set of sliding glass doors in the master bedroom. Five brand new sky lights, and new hardy board siding surrounding each sky light, were also installed in the kitchen area, and an 80-gallon hot water heater, a new garbage disposal unit, and a new, high-tech Samsung washer and dryer were installed in this unit. BOTH the master bedroom bathroom floor, bath tub and shower, and the second king bedroom bathroom floor, bath tub and shower, were fully replaced with large, beautiful porcelain tile and river rock walk-in showers having frameless glass doors and matching porcelain tile bathroom floors including copper 'drop-in' tiles. All three toilets were replaced with new five-star flush Kohler and American Standard toilets. The bathroom cabinets and mirrors in the three bathrooms were also replaced with new top quality bathroom cabinets and beveled, framed mirrors. The kitchen cabinets and countertops were also replaced with high-end, custom cabinets with slow close drawers and granite counter tops. The entire condominium was freshly painted in colors to match top-quality bedding from Florida Linens, and a new front door was installed. Crown molding was installed throughout the condominium.

For fire safety, this condo has a 5-pound 5BC multipurpose fire extinguisher professionally installed under the kitchen sink that is annually maintained by Advanced Fire Protection Services, Inc., as well as HARD-WIRED smoke detectors that have battery back-ups.

No smoking is permitted.

Snowbirds are welcome, but only by the full month (all of January, all of February, or all of January and February).

To formally book this condo, two adults (25 years of age or older) who would be present at the condo throughout the duration of any rental period would need to execute a standard rental agreement that is employed for all rentals of this condo, and provide copies of their drivers licenses to the owners.

Unless agreed to otherwise by the owners of this condo in their written rental agreement, there must be a ratio of 1 adult (25 years of age or older) to every 2 children (under 25 years of age) who stay at this condo.. The owners of this condo do not rent it to groups of high school, college and/or other individuals who are under 25 years of age due to damage concerns.

Excellent House

We have rented from the property owners several times, and I can’t say enough great thing about them. They are very quick to respond to any questions or needs prior to your trip. This location as all their others are top notch. You don’t have to worry about packing extra chairs, blankets, fans, etc. They have everything you need other than your personal items. It is a beautiful location and a beautiful house. We will be returning again.

A little piece of Heaven.

We all just loved the beautiful condo with all updated appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and breathtaking ocean view. Worth every penny. Our family cooked amazing meals 5 out of 7 days. The beach was steps away via the back porch, and we loved the outdoor shower. The owner was most accommodating and responses were timely. We are now spoiled with this very private-like beach.

Beautiful Condo with great beach access

This condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Loved being able to walk down the deck stairs to be directly on the beach. And the location on west side of PCB was perfect. We had stayed down further on the strip before and it was too busy for our taste. This was much more quiet and relaxing. We will for sure stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

We had a great week staying in this condo. It was quiet and relaxing! The beach was steps away. The kitchen is beautiful with everything you could possibly need. The wrap around porch was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunset. We will definitely come back!

Bonita Beach Condo

Condo is really nice and is just like the online pictures show. Had plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. Location is convenient too. Had two minor issues but owners were extremely responsive and got them settled very quickly. Everybody really enjoyed their stay and said they would definitively stay there again.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Beautiful Condo right on the beach. Smaller complex so beach felt private. Huge wrap around balcony with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset. Very comfortable livingroom/kitchen and dining room perfect for family time together. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed. Would highly recommend to anyone. Owner is very pleasant and easy to contact. Very responsive to all questions

Great Unit, Great Location & Great Views!

Loved this vacation! Unit was beautiful with great in-unit views as well as patio views. Saw some great storms over the ocean from the privacy and protection of our patio. This was the closest to the beach we’ve ever stayed and we’ve stayed beachfront before but this made it extremely convenient to go back to the condo to grab something if needed (had hose to easily wash feet too). Highly recommended and we will be returning!

Beautiful condo & perfect setting!!

This condo is beautiful!! It was perfect for our family. The furnishings were lovely and comfortable. It was so clean, everything sparkled!! The set up worked very well for us. We could watch the beautiful sunsets right from our balcony. We have never stayed in a place that is so thoroughly stocked with dishes, glasses, and cleaning supplies! The beach is just steps away. We had a wonderful visit.

The condo itself was absolutely stunning. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, couch was comfy and did i mention beautiful? Loved the beach it's less crowded than other areas of the beach which i prefer. Everything worked as is should. Everything we needed we found in the condo. I really have no complaints. Great stay in PCB

Overall the condo was in excellent condition and well stocked with kitchen appliances and dishes. I would recommend the condo. The main living area with all the windows provided gorgeous views of the Gulf and the covered outdoor porch was an awesome spot for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The only negative was the mattresses which were just ok. The listing matches exactly as presented in VRBO.

Wonderful beach front paradise!

We had an amazing stay during Thanksgiving week. The condo is very spacious and clean. All the furniture was comfy. Our favorite thing was the huge balcony. We spent so much time out there enjoying the amazing views. The sunsets were breathtaking. Saw dolphins a couple of days. Roberta was a wonderful hostess. We really appreciated her attention to detail, she even got a brand new Keurig installed before our arrival. The beach was so beautiful! Not crowded at all. Highly recommend! Annual family beach vacation

After some initial disappointment over the cleanliness of the property we all chipped in and got the place ship-shape. Once the cleaning was done we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We new from experience that Ms. Roberta was not accustomed to guests having a bad experience and was very gracious and helpful throughout our visit. Spring Break 2024

This was a beautiful property with amazing views. The kitchen was very well appointed with all sorts of high quality cooking utensils. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, not only because it was well appointed, but because you were looking out over a gorgeous view. The den was extremely comfortable to gather and watch movies or read a book. The deck was nice to overlook the ocean and beach. We left the door to the balcony open during the day and got nice breezes inside from the ocean. The beaches were not crowded like Panama City or down at the Seaside area. It was a perfect distance from both areas. The local grocery store, Carousel, had everything you needed and the prices were reasonable. Not far away there was a Publix and The Fresh Market also. We loved our stay!

Clean, neat, beautiful condo with AMAZING VIEWS!!!

This condo was a great vacation for our family of six. There was plenty of room in the condo for us all including at the table and on the couch. We all felt we had our own space it was very nice. The cond was very well equipped with everythingYou would need and it was very clean. The air conditioning broke on our second day there but Roberta was great to work with and got the issue fixed the next day. Our favorite part where the views from the balcony. We sat there every day if we werent on the beach and just watched the ocean.

A week in paradise

The house has a perfect location being right on the beach, all you have to do is walk out the back door. The area is more residential and family friendly but also very close to Pier Park and the more commercial area of the strip. The beach & views are better than the pictures and the pool was nice & close too. Our group had three adult couples and three kids from age 5 to 14, not to mention two dogs and everyone had plenty of space. The home was very clean; you wouldn't even know it was pet friendly. There was green space to take the dogs out in the back as well. We mostly cooked at the house and had everything and more in the kitchen to prepare meals, etc. The furniture & appliances were top of the line. There were lots of little details that made us feel at home as well; like a fully stocked closet on the porch with lawn chairs, umbrellas & you name it. Little throw blankets & a beach/sun hat, all the spices you could want for cooking. The keypad at the door was very convenient also; we all put the code into our phone's & were able to come & go as we pleased w/o worrying about a key or someone letting us in. The washer & dryer came in handy as well with all the swimming & activities. You could really pack light with so much available in the condo. We spent alot of time on the balcony which has gorgeous views day & night. I would definitely recomend this condo & would love to stay here again in the future. The stairs werent a problem for us only being on the 2nd floor. The house isn't toddler friendly but our youngest was 5 and there were no problems. The only tiny flaw was that the knobs on some of the kitchen cabinets were bent, causing a few sharp edges. This could be fixed with a rubber mallet or new knobs but you may want to watch that if you have little one's running around.

We needed to Exhale and this place Delivered!!!

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. The place is beautifully decorated; obviously has a fantastic view; and truly is just steps away from the ocean. It's been 2 1/2 years since my elderly mother and I had taken any kind of vacation, and her health has been taking a down-turn, so I decided we needed to do something fun while she still could. We planned a 3 week road trip thru MS, LA, ending in FL. 3-days-in she gave out, it was just too much. So we came back home and rested for about a week and then drove to PCB and Roberta's property. Words could never express what a perfect week we had, but I'll try. The beauty and quiet of the location! The peacefulness of the near-private beach! The easy access to the beach with towels, chairs and umbrellas at the ready! The lovely artwork, the awesome TV, the truly comfy beds! Showers you could dance in! And NO clocks (except on the microwave, of course). I loved that touch - we got used to it the very first day! The property is in a very lovely neighborhood with pretty beach homes and friendly folks, but it is on Front Beach Road, so you have fairly quick access to all manner of entertainment and great food and shopping (don't miss Pier Park!!!). My mother and I had the best vacation of our lives there. We've both had so many people tell us how happy and relaxed we look, and we FEEL it. I've been smiling since the second day we got there, and still am! In all honesty, there were a few, VERY minor issues inside the rental (the water dispenser on the fridge was broken & hadn't been repaired yet; a light switch that didn't work), but this unit shows obvious care, so I imagine those things will be fixed soon. Roberta supplies you with every amenity and opportunity to completely de-stress and relax, and she was absolutely perfect to work with. She responded almost immediately to every contact I made and was very considerate while helping me plan this special time for my Mom. Also the best owner I've ever worked with before. Thank you Roberta, for a lovely experience all around. Anyone who does not take the opportunity to stay at your place is missing something that cannot be found anywhere else. Take Care Ma'am!

Wonderful Condo, Amazing Views, and a beach drainage outlet

The condo is beautiful with some of the best sunsets I have seen in Florida. It is as advertised and then some. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen that has quality appliances and cookware, the complex is small, which is one of the reasons I chose this unit, it has a great covered deck, close proximity to everything and did I mention the sunsets? They were pretty amazing. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. With that said, I rented a condo on the beach because my family and I enjoy the beach and wanted to spend every day at the waters edge. The beach was amazing the first 2 days, not a lot of people since next to our unit is houses and not large 20 story condo units. However, the 3rd day it rained in the morning and there is a sewer ditch that runs between unit 11 condo building and the other Bonita condo building that runs into the beach and dumps into the water's edge. There is a WARNING sign not to swim within 5 feet either direction of where it empties into the ocean. The day it rain, it has the brownest, almost black, foul smelling "water" dumping into the ocean. You could see the brown water at the waters edge over a football field down the shore. There was no way we were getting in that water. It continued to drain brown water until we left. North of the drain, if you went up about 20 feet, the water was ok. For 3 days, the people in the houses next to us and the people in our condo unit had to cram in with the north units beach so that we were able to get in the water. There is no way I would have let my children or grandchildren play in that water. The neighbor on the first floor said there is a "fix" coming for that soon. This would be an 5 star rating for me if it wasn't for that drainage ditch. I know the owner has no control over this, however, it drastically took away from the vacation. It was awful to look at, the smell was bad and to be honest, we didn't really want to be in the water even up stream. This would be my favorite Florida beach spot as soon as there is a "fix" to the dumping. The condo really is amazing and the sunsets are to die for. I hope they fix the issue soon, as I would love to return!

This condo is privately owned, and managed, by an intellectual property attorney and an electrical engineer who live in Johns Creek, Georgia, both graduated from Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN), and have four children, three graduated from Georgia Tech (Atlanta, GA), and one a 4th year industrial engineering student at Georgia Tech.

The attorney graduated from Marquette University Law School (Milwaukee, WI), and has been employed by Locke Lord LLP for 16 years. Prior to that, she worked for Abbott Laboratories (Waukegan, IL), G.D. Searle & Co. (Skokie, IL), and the law firm Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery (Chicago, IL).

The engineer is employed by Gates Corporation (headquartered in Denver, CO).

One of their children is an industrial engineer employed by the Chick-fil-A corporate headquarters (Atlanta, GA). Another child is a quality control supervisor for Tyco International (Lithia Springs, GA). A third child is a logistics specialist for Altria (Richmond, VA).

The owners, and their children, have attended North Point Community Church (Alpharetta, GA), led by senior pastor Andy Stanley, for about 12 years. Roberta and one of their daughters are members of the Gust Services team, and Roberta is a member of the Critical Response team.

The owners manage this property themselves and provide very personal service directly between the owners and their guests. They try to be available for all of their guests at all times, and keep all of their three 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, condos in Panama City Beach, Florida (two at Bonita Beach and one at the SPLASH Resort) in a top condition.

THE VIEWS FROM THIS END (CORNER) CONDO, along with those from the other end (corner) units, ARE THE BEST VIEWS AT THE BONITA BEACH COMPLEX.

This property is a very high-end CORNER (END) UNIT with a WRAP-AROUND BALCONY and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS OF THE OCEAN AND BEACH FROM BOTH INSIDE OF THE CONDO (FROM THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN, MASTER BEDROOM AND HALLWAY), AND OUTSIDE OF THE CONDO (ALL ALONG THE LARGE WRAP-AROUND BALCONY), AND BOTH STRAIGHT ON AND TO THE EAST (ALL DOWN THE BEACH TO THE EAST). It has two more floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the beach and ocean than all inner units, as well as full views of the ocean down the beach to the east that are not obstructed by other units. Also, unlike any of the inner units, it has sliding glass doors in the master bedroom with views of the ocean, which open onto a large wrap-around balcony, and which can be left partially open at night to hear the sounds of the ocean while in bed.

Additionally, unlike lower units, this condo has cathedral ceilings, which makes this condo have a more open and spacious feel.

Panama City Beach has beautiful white sand and blue oceans, and attractions for all ages, many of which are in Pier Park. It is about a 30-minute drive to Destin, which has many additional restaurants and attractions, and about a 15-minute drive to Panama City, which also has many fun attractions.

This condo is in walking distance to "Thomas Doughnuts and Snack Shop," a very well-known restaurant that has a wide variety of different filled and non-filled fresh doughnuts every morning, as well as many breakfasts and lunches, and an attached ice cream parlor that has many different types of hand-dipped ice cream (cups and cones), sundays, splits, milk shakes, and floats. This is a great attraction for guests.

Spectacular views of the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and white sands of Laguna beach, lunch and appetizers on the beach, tremendous relaxation, miles of beach for walking or running. It is very private, and has no elevators, unlike high-rise condos.

Being a 2nd floor unit with no elevators, two significant benefits of this property are not having to wait for elevators to get to the unit, or to get to the beach, and having beaches to use that are not crowded (unlike with a high rise building).
