This beautifully decorated condo offers everything you need for a great beach getaway! Only steps from the sand, you can walk across the street for the amazing sunsets, or just sit on the balcony enjoying the Gulf breeze. Unit B offers 2 bedrooms and 1bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen where you can save money by making family meals. We also provide more than enough “fun things” for the kids. Your unit is filled with games, plus outside we have air hockey, mini basketball, corn hole, and many other beach games. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and even wagons for easy transport are there for your convenience. Pack a bag and get away to Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. This rental is perfect for couples, families, or even singles just looking to relax.

The condo was very nice and had anything we needed and then more. All we needed was groceries. It’s nice and quiet and just a walk across the road to the brach. We had a great time and will be back

Amazing stay. From check in to check out the owners was very very easy to communicate with and accommodating. This place is within very easy walking distance to the ocean and directly beside a convenient store. I have absolutely no complaints for this condo that suited my family of 4. A across the board.

This was a great stay. Super close to the beach and the backyard was very peaceful. It’s right by the trolley stop so getting around was very easy. There is a coffee shop a couple blocks down that had great food! Will definitely be back here soon.

Great Location!!

Best location! One block from the beach, convenience store/gas station and amazing restaurant both next door. Tonya is a wonderful host excellent with communication if you need anything. The unit was very clean and had anything you could need or want. Our family loved staying here and had a difficult time leaving. Just an excellent stay!

Awesome!

Very close to the beautiful beach. Easy to cross the road. Property was great! Very clean and has everything you need—Including items for the beach. The backyard was nice to enjoy during the evenings. We would definitely stay again! The hosts were very assessable and easy to work with.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful home right across from the beach. Have an ocean view from your front sitting area. Looks like everything is new and updated. Had the ability to cook meals or go out to the many restaurants around you. They have a back sitting area which is very nice and various items to make the walk to the beach easy. Hosts are very warm and friendly and great to rent from. I would definitely recommend and stay here again myself.

We spent 5 days at Universal & the trip to Indian Rocks Beach to end our vacation could not have been more perfect. The location was great, a short minute walk to a beautiful beach! The condo was clean, had every amenity we needed (including beach items - what a luxury!), and it was within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The owner is an absolute gem, she is so sweet & helpful and made the trip exactly what we needed after a long stay in busy Orlando. I would recommend this condo to anyone & everyone looking to relax on island time.

Stayed here with my husband and our 6-year-old, and it was a great fit for our family. The space was comfortable and roomy for all three of us. Tonya was an exceptional host - very responsive, accommodating, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay.We really enjoyed the location, especially being directly across from public beach access. It was also super convenient to have a restaurant and gas station nearby for quick meals, snacks, and drinks. Everything listed was available and ready for use, including beach chairs, toys, and a wagon, which made our trip even easier.If I had one small critique, it would be the shower. The water pressure was quite soft, and the shower curtains could use replacing as they appeared worn and a bit moldy. That said, the home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I’m confident the host would have addressed this quickly if I had mentioned it during our stay.Overall, the hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again if I return to IRB!

Excellent Vacation

My husband and I chose to vacation here for our wedding anniversary. I really can’t say enough about this wonderful place. The location is awesome. It’s a short walk to the beach and it’s beautiful. The home was clean and well stocked. Tonya was very responsive and answered any questions that arose. She and her husband are kind and their property is great. The chairs, umbrellas, and wagon for the beach are a great perk. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Beach Weekend

This is a great condo for visiting the beach. Beach access is across the road. Condo has everything you could need. Beautiful outside area in the back w a Key West vibe Plenty to do in the area driving up and down Gulf Blvd. Owner extremely responsive. Quick weekend get away but we would definitely rent again.

Indian Rocks Vacation!

The rental unit was clean and comfortable for our 2 night stay. Close to beach access and within walking distance of restaurants. The only complaint and it’s not really a complaint but maybe a suggestion would be to have some night stands or small table-shelf beside the beds. The owner was great to work with and very responsive; she even brought us an iron upon request! I would HIGHLY recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the area

Amazing

This place is amazing! Super clean and the location is great! Right next to an excellent Italian Restaurant. Tonya is so attentive and has think of everything from dishwasher soap to a series of table games! Even the rain made the place more cozy! There is access of Netflix, Hulu and others. You just have to sign into your account. The place is away from big crowds and just a few minutes from a magnificent French bakery and the best breakfast in town. I’m definitely coming back! Thank you again Tonya.

Great place to stay

This property is very beautiful, clean and packed with everything you need to have an awesome beach day. Tanya was very nice and responds so fast, she is very accommodating. The area is perfect, you are walking or biking distance to many things. Kooky coconut, Crabby bill's, the ice cream shop and jakes cantina. We road our bikes to The breakfast club and had an amaZing breakfast. And we rented bikes from the owners of this beach house. Kayaks and paddle boards where available as well.

Absolutely Wondeful!

First of all our host Tonya was AMAZING! Super helpful and accommodating! The place was gorgeous and homey! Plus you just can't beat the short stroll to the beach! We loved our stay and Tonya, hope to stay again!

A wonderful place. Wonderful people

Tonya was wonderful. Had a problem with TV the first night. She was there the next day calling Spectrum. Definitely we will be back. The place was very clean with everything you would need. Close to the ocean. Just a short walk
