Super cute condo in a perfect location just a block from shops, restaurants, a park, and the beach! Loved the closet that had everything we needed for the beach - chairs, towels, umbrellas, a cooler, etc. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing stay!

Our 2nd time booking directly and loved it again! We liked that Seabreeze 1 & 2 were next to each other - neighborhood friends stayed right next door and it was great! Very clean and rooms are spacious. Can't wait to come back!

Cute and cozy

Walking distance from the beach, souvenir shops, restaurants, ice creamery. Great location. Provided everything needed for a fun stay from towels to beach chairs.

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend. Great communication before check in. The inside was not up to OUR standards. We found a roach and the shower curtain was moldy. We also found some hair in a few places, kitchen countertop. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was sub par, barely enough to was the dishes. A new shower head would also be recommended. Most of the silverware and pots and pans were older. The kitchen cabinets, especially the microwave were higher than normal. There were also some lights that didn't work, or just needed bulbs. I would recommend a good deep clean of the bathroom.Now for the good stuff. Quiet, close to beach and places to eat.

Great experience overall

The room was great and conveniently located near the beach within walking distance. The room was equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend.

Girls trip

We had an amazing stay! We loved how we didn’t need to bring anything. Even beach towels were available. It was just a short walk to the beach. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. We can’t wait to come back

Amazing plato stay

This place was great, it is a very nice and cozy place, very close to the beach, restaurants, everything within walking distance. I would stay in this place a thousand times again. I loved it. Everything is just as they say and show in the photos. Highly recommended.

Indian Rocks

Location was as advertised. Good experience with VRBO. Cleaning could be improved. There was hair and oatmeal on the floor.

Great little getaway spot!

A great location for a little beach getaway! It was nice to be able to park the car and just walk everywhere! The beach, the park and lots of restaurants! Even a small grocery store! The condo was clean and cute and had everything we needed while we were there! Angie was great! Very kind and quick to respond if I needed anything. I have rented from Sandy Feet before and will continue to because of Angie! Thanks for a great stay!

Therapeutic

I was familiar with the area from visits in past years. Very nice friendly neighborhood. Vibrant and active during day but quiet and peaceful at night. Weather was great and sort of shock to my system when I arrived from up north. In all a great vacation. My only regret is I didn’t catch more fish!

Great stay!

We had a great stay in Indian Rocks Beach! Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and kind!Tons of pros: new, clean accommodations. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and beach. Quiet residential area. Ample parking. Lots of friendly neighbours. W/D work great! FYI: They provide very basic supplies but you’ll need to replenish if staying more than a couple of days (toilet paper included!). No cleaning supplies provided. We bought a broom as they want you to keep the sand out of the apartment, but that’s basically impossible! Hopefully they left the broom for the next guests to use. Overall, we were super happy with our stay and look forward to our next trip to Indian Rocks Beach!!

Great location - to beach, quick shopping, and drinks/eats

We enjoyed the location with access to the beach a priority for us. The public beach access was just a short walk. We like to bike and enjoyed easy access to the neighborhoods and parks.The living space/kitchen and dining area is very small. The "table" for eating is small and high stools are required. It was not very comfortable for us as seniors.The bedding was a little warm - not the best quality sheet sets. Bedrooms and closets were ample and nice to have king-sized beds. The AC unit did not supply sufficient power to get the cool air to the back rooms. It was not very warm the week we were there, so we were ok. Thanks for getting the repairs done in time for us to enjoy our spring/winter vacation.
