Julie's unit was amazing. The views, the space, the communication....all fantastic. Arriving the day after the hurricane hit landfall was a bit scary, but Julie had everything taken care of upon our arrival. The large balcony was great with views of the ocean from every room. It very easily accommodated our family of 7 and we would definitely book with her again in the future!

The host was absolutely fabulous. She responded within minutes of any text that was sent. The property was beautiful. The only negative for any of the 6 adults staying was the pillows were not comfortable at all. We definitely plan on staying again next year.

The views were amazing, the host was very reachable and accommodating. We had a minor issue and they came fast and were able to resolve it quickly and we did not have any issues after. It was easy to get our allotted chairs and umbrellas and not having to worry about carrying those things to the beach and setting up was wonderful. Overall, the space, halls and grounds were maintained nicely with close amenities.

Great week! Condo had everything we needed, including anything you could imagine in the kitchen for cooking during your stay! Our littles enjoyed the pool, basketball court, grassy grilling area, and sky bridge area to the beach! Communication with the host was pleasant and immediate. We will stay again!

Great place to stay!

We had a very good stay here. The condo was more spacious than what we imagined. The beach being across the street was super convenient for us especially with little kids! Hope to be back soon

Beautiful place, great location, clean beaches, courteous staff. Manager was great and answered all question in a timely manner. My family really enjoyed our stay!

Overall this condo was great! Great views! Loved the spacious balcony! Beach access was easy. It was spacious enough for 4 adults, 4 teenagers and a toddler. It just seemed like there needed to be a little updating both in the condo and around the building. Looked like the host had done some renovations but you could tell 2 of the bathrooms needed redone. The kitchen chairs had bolts loose and nuts would randomly fall from them just while sitting on them. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub at the property but some of the bricks were coming up especially around the little kiddie pool where my toddler kept messing with them.

It’s a very clean and big condo!! We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful view. Our kids loved the pool, hot tub, basketball court, and pickleball. There is a lot to do there for all ages. It was a great trip!

Family vacation 2025

Great condo, clean, spacious, great location, awesome beach access, great communication with the owner/manager, only down size was that there are only 2 elevators. We’ve stayed with Julie 2 times and have enjoyed both stays.

Beach view from the kitchen

The condo had an amazing view, very spacious plenty of beds for our group of nine. The resort have plenty amenities and the restaurant was amazing. The main thing that I loved about this condo is that it was right across the street from the beach.

Surfside experience

This condo met our needs and had everything from location to accommodations to amenities. This was convenient to most everything. We had some first time beach goers that were in awe of the white sands and clear emerald waters. We enjoyed the trip and the condo would highly recommend and book again in the future.

Few issues with room , needs updated very dated , shower doors coming off and falling apart, floors need a good cleaning, AC quit on our last night but was fixed bout 10pm at night . No golf carts allowed on premises wish I knew that before we spent 950.00 on two of em. No refunds. Need more or better elevators, waiting long time to get to room.

The AC was fixed within 2 hours of your message on a Sunday. Unfortunately when sliding doors are left open in the heat of summer, that can cause the AC to freeze up and that is why we ask that the sliders are kept closed. If there was an issue with the floors or a shower door, I wish you would have contacted me. We would have had that addressed immediately. I provide my cell and email as well as the contact through VRBO to ensure that I am readily available to help. I am sorry that you did not read on the rental agreement and in the check in information re: the HOA rules on golf carts. We put that in there to prevent that from happening. And the golf cart company located behind us allows golf carts rented from them to be parked in their lot. All the best, Julie

Great place, great value, great price!

The online information is accurate but the unit is much larger than expected, which was a positive surprise. The location is perfect, the floor level is spectacular and the views are amazing. I would highly recommend this property and the communication with Julie (property manager) is spectacular. I reached out to her regarding a few questions and she was extremely quick to respond. Highly recommend this location/property for Miramar!

Beautiful view!!

We had an amazing time! The condo was bigger than expected and the view is incredible! The sky walk was great with kids so we didn’t have to worry about the traffic. Wonderful property. Only thing I would recommend is a new bed for the bedroom that has the extra fridge. It sounds at time like the box spring is broken and not very comfortable. Everything else was great!

Great Condo and Property Manager!

This condo was perfect for our family of 9. Very clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and had a great view. Julie, the property manager was proactive in checking on us, super sweet, and promptly answered the few questions we did have. We had a great week here! We were SO glad to have the 2 sets of beach service. Though it’s not advertised, there were also some beach toys and fans for the bedrooms that were nice little extras that added to our trip. We acquired some bougie boards/sand shovels and payed it forward by leaving them in the condo for the next guests as well. Hopefully they hold up for others enjoyment for a while. There is also a spot for people to leave/take free beach toys by the beach access stairs across the street as well, which also saves vacationers some money. Thank you for a great experience! We hope to stay here again!

Super upset on the misrepresentation of the way my supposed security deposit was handled.

Refrigerator doesn’t work properly. It would not keep anything cold. Other than that nice place. Although they misrepresented security deposit. I was told one thing on phone and another after the stay. That being said. Beware of VRBO’s “fees”. Very shady.

I am quite surprised to see that you gave us 1 star. You texted me after your stay to tell me that the condo "is awesome" and that you had recommended us to your friend. I am sorry that you are upset that we did not actually collect a security deposit so that we could then return it to you. When I explained this to you, you then seemed upset with the VRBO service fee. Unfortunately your 1 star does not reflect the positive comments you made to me about our condo. When you book on VRBO you receive a quote that clearly lists each charge. The service fee is listed separately from our damage deposit and each fee is separated out. The service fee goes straight to VRBO. Because your credit card is in the system we feel that is sufficient to act as the damage deposit. Most guests we have appreciate the fact that we don't collect that deposit. It is like a hotel that keeps a card on file while you are staying with them.
