Maravilla is a 33.7 acre community of prime Destin gulf front property on Old Scenic Highway 98 in Destin, Florida. You will love the 2.5 acre private sugar white sand beach at Maravilla Resort. More amenities include: two luxurious swimming pools, whirlpool Jacuzzi, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and clubhouse with exercise room and equipment.
TWO BEACH CHAIRS AND 1 UMBRELLA SERVICE IS PROVIDED COMPLIMENTS OF THE OWNERS!!!!

Please note the aerial photo that shows a design of the Maravilla Resort complex. Buiding 2 directly faces the beach and the ocean. Our unit, 'Elizabeth Claire,' suite 2302, is located in Building 2. It is on the third floor, close to the elevator, with direct views of the ocean!

RENTAL POLICIES: We welcome families! No smoking, no pets, no damage/theft. No party groups. Must be over 25 years old to rent our condo. Maximum occupancy is 6 people in the condo. No refund of rent for late arrival or early departure.
Advance payment:
VRBO processes the advance payment and final payment. If there is property disrespect, damage and or theft, VRBO will charge and collect from the vacationer.

Cancellation: PLEASE consider Travel Protection Insurance to avoid some of the risks associated with a cancellation..

Spring break and summer season require weekly rentals. Off season requires 4 night minimum.

This was a very neat and clean condo! We were there celebrating my husband’s retirement! Very restful and relaxing. And the view is great!

Beautiful View

We had a lovely stay. The view is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the mirrored wall that reflected the beach view through the sliding glass door and window. The provided essentials and extra items (soaps, extra toilet paper) were also much appreciated.

Very impressed

The condo was clean, the property owners were very friendly, and right across from the beach. We loved the private beach, the condo has a beautiful view, and plenty of room for a family of 5.

Great Location

Great location. Kitchen was recently updated and is wonderful. Beds and very old, make a lot of noise and are very uncomfortable. If it weren't for the beds, it would have been perfect.

Dear Cara and family, Hi! I am so very happy to hear that you loved the location of the condo with its great oceanfront view and the newly remodeled kitchen! We enjoyed updating the condo!! Plus, we have a new He washer/dryer....sure to please! I checked my records and I bought a new and very good King quality mattress 4 years ago for the master bedroom. I have never had any negative comments on the mattresses prior to your stay. I will review the mattresses and address them accordingly. Thank you for your stay! Please come back again! Great view of the beach!

We really enjoyed being able to see the beach from the condo! I couldn’t imagine having anything short of a beach view. Otherwise the condo was clean and well equipped. Management was very responsive.

Beach escape

The location of the property was fantastic for our needs. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the views and the walking path. The condo was clean and well kept. There was a musty smell but I imagine that is due to the humidity and being so close to the beach. This is a place I would recommend to friends and family.

Yes, yes, the views of the emerald green water, the white sugar sand beach and the walking path along the beach provide for a special vacation! We pride ourselves in providing a clean and comfortable condo for our guests, including a Shark® Air Purifier MAX with True HEPA filter(HP202). The air purifier filter was replaced two weeks prior to your arrival as well as the filter for the HVAC system . We routinely change the filters throughout the calendar year. Great experience

Awesome location, easy walk to the beach, great view from balcony, comfortable apartment, bed slept wonderful, husband would of liked a recliner, everything clean and well kept. Glad the door was coded, made access easy without a key, would of liked a security chain lock for inside.

We had a great week staying at the beautiful Elizabeth Claire condo. The best part is the breathtaking views of the ocean this unit has to offer! Very close to the pool and 10 steps away from the elevator. The unit was very nice and home feeling, but we did feel for the cost the unit could use a few minor updates. The front bedroom mattress was terribly uncomfortable, the room does not have darkening shades- and a very bright flood light is outside the window.. so at all hours of the night it felt like daytime. Otherwise, this condo is perfect for a family vacation in the beautiful Miramar Beach! Overall, we love Maravilla, the awesome pools, the brand new beach access walk way is great too! We will be back!

Yes, our condo has a million dollar view of the sparkling ocean, enough to melt all your cares away! Thanks for the comment on room darkening shades from the new outside lights that the condo association installed recently. We will get room darkening shades. Also, thank you for letting us know the queen bed in the second bedroom was uncomfortable for some of your family. This is the first time we have heard that someone found the bed uncomfortable. Fun Family Getaway

We very much enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable, had a great view, and was easily accessible to the beach. Mara Lee was a joy to communicate with. She even gave us recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful CLEAN Condo.....with a view to match!

The view from living room, bedroom and deck was wonderful! We had a fabulous 4 days of sunshine and then came the rain. Although the rain didn’t deter us. It’s nice sometimes to watch the rain over the gulf. I will stay again in this unit.

Another great trip to Miramar Beach

We have stayed at Maravilla several times, but this was our first stay in this particular condo. Everything was great. We loved the balcony views. The condo was comfortable for our family of 3. We did have to work with the owner to secure our check-in because of a late arrival of our flight. Because the condo uses a physical key rather than a code, the key exchange happened in person with a property manager. Check out was very easy. It was the easiest check out I have ever had with a condo. Overall, I highly recommend the condo, the owners, and Maravilla at Miramar Beach. Beach is fabulous and we used the heated pool every day.

Perfect beach trip

We truly enjoyed staying at this condo. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed (including a beach view!). The renovated kitchen was a nice touch. We will definitely check this place out again the next time we are in Destin. Restaurants were in walking distance and we really appreciated the welcome packet Mara Lee sent us with places to visit and other food restaurants in the Destin area.
