Large kitchen for mornings with family and friends, 4 nice bedrooms with 3 king size beds, 1 Queen and 1 double, 2 Pack-N-Plays for babies, a mini-crib, large Great Room below with a ping pong table and a large dock! Sleeps 14 in beds! 3 large bathrooms! With couches sleeps 20! Great house for 2 or more families! Enjoy coffee on the porch or cocktails on the dock. All linens are provided for you!! Beautiful lake access and dock for swimming and fishing. It is a short drive to Clemson University or to downtown Seneca! We also have a trash service, FREE wifi!! Enjoy the back porch or enjoy the fire area! This house is perfect for everyone! Whether you stay a weekend or week this house provides you a relaxed vacation.

Great getaway with friends

We had a group of friends wanting to all get together, the house was just the right size with enough beds and space to hang out. Location to Clemson was great as some of our time was spent there.

Great Lake house

Lake house was lovely! Very cozy cabin tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Clemson. Perfect for our family and friends.

Great Lake weekend

We had a great time, 3 families with 5 kids between fit easily. The downstairs was a great hangout for the kiddos. Dock was great for our boat.

Perfect for lake getaway

Great location on lake. Lots of space and everything you need. We were vacationing and showing family the area as we are moving to the area. Bring your water toys and fishing gear and enjoy the peaceful setting

Gramps Camp Family Gathering at the Lake

Best place we have found for our annual gathering! Enough room for each family to have some privacy and a large space to pile most of the cousins together. There were even 2 portacribs for the youngest babies! With the location right in the lake & a dock for our boat, we spent a lot of playtime in the water. Already looking forward to our next trip!

July 4th

This was a perfect house for our family! The kids enjoyed their own space in the basement with their own living room area and ping pong table! House had plenty of seating upstairs in the living room area and outside. Beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean. Loved all the Clemson decor as well! Highly recommend for a great family vaca spot!

Great Spot

Rented out this house for a work get together and ended up convincing everyone they need to love to the lake. Everyone had a great time and we look forward to hopefully coming back next year.

Nice lake house

Everything was exactly as described. There was the perfect amount of space for our entire family. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and fishing. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Stores were close enough by to make it easy to run out for supplies. Perfect for Clemson graduation!

Perfect vacation

My three daughters, husbands and kids vacation together each year. We wanted a lake experience this year and Tiger Den was perfect. The house was spacious for us (13 people). The dock was great! We spent a lot of time on the water. All my daughters thought it was one of our best vacations and the house played a big part of that. We would definitely go there again.

Needs a trash service

Nice place to stay with lots of beds but, please, just charge me an extra few bucks and get a trash service!

Great Lake location

The location is great and the hosts were nice. Our last day to leave was on a holiday and they were gracious with a late check out. My only suggestions to make the property even better would be to find a way to make the basement less musty (which can be hard that close to a lake I know), fix the ping pong table net so it’s better to play on with some newer paddles as a lot in our group love ping pong and I am used to vrbo’s having more kitchen supplies to start with like a roll of paper towels, for example. But overall the property worked great for a short trip to this lake.

Staff retreat to beat the heat.

We operate a restaurant/food truck/catering business and this time of year gets pretty unbearable to say the least. We like to take our crew for a little R&R and spend some time together having some fun after a frw months hard work during the summer. This place was perfect! There were plenty of beds (comfy ones at that!) Plenty of room to spread out, as well as places to come together and play games or share a meal. We loved that the house was tucked back under lovely trees and the dock was out near a little bit bigger water whereas it has nice flow and was not stagnant like some house located on coves can be. It is close the the Friendship Shores boat launch so it was convenient for loading and unloading our boat.

Almost Perfect

Would have been five stars if not for: Yard maintenance guy coming during our stay kicking up dust and interrupting us (should come between checkout and check in) and lots of centipede/miillipedes (don't know which) in basement.

Reunion

Nice house. Bigger than it looks in picks. Accurate as listed on VRBO. Plenty of room. Grill did not work. There was no propane on property. Bought a tank & it did not work either. No trash pick up was a hassle. (We knew we had to take trash off)

Good for large groups on Gameday!

House was what we expected and fit a large amount of people. Obviously per photos a lot of sleeping situations are located in the basement, which was fine for our group. Lake is very pretty. Only note is the house is about 15-20 minutes from Bowman Field/Downtown Clemson which some folks may find good to know. Ubers/Lyfts from the house to Clemson were a bit tough to order, but for Gameday we used a shuttle service to get to campus which worked perfectly. Ubers/Lyfts BACK to the house are much easier to call. We also were able to order large dinner delivery orders without any issue. Good times!

Great Location

Nice property location. Easy access to Clemson. We had, of course, expected the house to match the pictures. The dock was tough for us to use, with a broken boat lift hanging in the center. (I have pictures but this site doesn't let renter's upload them with reviews). The owner's pontoon boat was tied up on the left side of the dock. This left a very small area (maybe 7 feet wide) where the kids could safely enter and exit the lake. This arrangement also made it impossible for us to tie off the pontoon boat we had rented - causing us to keep it moored at the Clemson Marina about 7 miles away. We were also surprised that we were required to take all our garbage to the local dump - it's fairly close but hauling off your own trash isn't something I've ever done before. We didn't see any bugs as previously reported and the house was very clean. The lake is gorgeous from this property. Our host was very responsive to our questions.

Great Location on the Lake

Jeanne's Lakehouse is located in a prime location for some fun at the lake. The lake itself is absolutely beautiful and the access to it from the house can't be beat. We loved being able to jump off the dock and swim whenever we wanted! The house is very accommodating for large groups and has plenty of beds and space to come with family and/or friends. However, if you plan to be cooking a lot or for a large group during your stay, be sure to bring some pots and pans or any other kitchen supplies you think you may die without. The kitchen amenities were a little sparse and we found ourselves needing cookware and a few other things that the property did not have much of a selection of. The only real downside we had was that it seemed as though the house hadn't been cleaned as well as we had hoped and we had a pretty good battle with bugs (both dead and alive) during our stay. It could have been a fluke and possible that maybe the house had been vacant for a bit or something, but a once over of a vacuum also may have been helpful ☺️ Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Clemson Lakehouse and are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful location on the Lake!

Clemson Weekend

Great spot for a group for a Clemson game. Tough conditions with the storm but the Host was great, location was great and overall 5 star.

Awesome Spot

We had a great time here at this spot. Myself, and 6 friends that hadn’t seen each other in a while stayed here and were able to enjoy the lake, ping pong table and local golf! House and property was very clean and there was plenty enough room for us and then some! Great time!

Yearly Family Lake Trip

This home was spacious enough for everyone. We had a large group. The air conditioner wasn't cooling the first night and full day, but it seemed to finally catch up. Every room had a fan in it which really helped. It was really hot outside. The owner sent someone to check out the air conditioner. The kitchen had ample utensils and dishes. We had a nice family trip.

Perfect vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 12. Location on the lake was great access to all water sport activities and fishing. Being able to rent the pontoon would have been nice, but we were able to rent from a company on the lake. Would love to stay here again.
