Love this property!

This house was perfect for our family of 10 (4 kids, 6 adults). The pool is beautiful, the front yard is large and flat for playing, and the immediate neighborhood was awesome for bike riding and exploring beaches. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful coastal home

Property is located in a small quiet gated community with several salt beaches within walking distance. The property a beautiful, fully furnished setting for a family summer vacation.

Great Stay!

Fantastic house, in an unreal location. 7 minute walk to beach on Nantucket Sound, 3 minute walk to Lewis Bay, and a heated pool in the backyard. 4 families, 12 people and we never really had to leave the gated community, everything was right there for us!

Location, location, location

Great Island is a gated community with a superb white-sand private beach and a very safe feel. The house we rented was nice and met our needs. There is a lovely pool which made the hot weather very welcome. The owner is easily contacted. Thank you.

Wonderful home that catered to all our needs.

Had a wonderful week staying at this beautiful property. We were 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool made our week and the location provided us with lots of nearby activity. The lovely private beach in this gated community was perfect for our little ones. We love Cape Cod!

Comfortable and well appointed.

West Yarmouth is a choice location for a cape vacation. The property is in a quiet gated community. White sand beaches a short walk through the community. The family enjoyed the heated pool every evening. Michael does a nice job of providing you all the details you need to make the most of your vacation.

Perfection on the Cape!

This is our third year in a row staying at this wonderful home with our family and small dogs. We can't say enough about the convenience of the location, charm of the house and hospitality of the owner. We love to watch the sunset each night from the deck of this lovely Classic Cape home on Lewis Bay. The heated pool is well-maintained and serene, with the yard perfectly laid out for family fun. You can walk to a pretty tidal beach (perfect spot for sunset viewing) in about 2 minutes or take a short stroll to the lovely private white sand beach. The kitchen is sizable and fully equipped with everything you need (in our case, we cook for anywhere from 3 to 7 people). The house comfortably sleeps 7 or more, with added sleeping quarters in a loft and basement if you're hosting extended family. For us, West Yarmouth is the perfect home base for all that the cape has to offer -- day trips to the islands, P-town, Four Seas, the 1856 General Store, Chatham, Pirates Cove for the kiddos and more. The appliances work well, the house is clean, the beds area comfortable and even the pool lounges are lovely. It's clear this house is well-loved, with family photos and interesting books and artwork all around. We hope to return for many years to come and are thankful to the homeowners for their continued hospitality. You will not be disappointed!
