Enjoy your beautiful private beach just steps away, central air-conditioning, and less than 3/4 mile to downtown Hyannis. Just 100 yards is the short walk to gorgeous, sandy, private beach on Nantucket Sound with views of Great Island and the Kennedy Compound, only for residents of our street. Freshly updated inside with wide pine floors and a nice front porch with Adirondack chairs. A large deck with grill in the rear will allow you to enjoy resting at the house before and after the beach. A level lot, private dead-end street also make this home kid friendly. Less than 3/4 mile to downtown Hyannis and the harbor, where ferries depart frequently to Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard and where you can go on a charter fishing trip. Located between Sea Street Beach and Kalmus Beach where you can go from your beach for even longer walks on the beach. Tastefully decorated and impeccably clean, this house is perfect for families with children or couples.

Our house has a discreet place in history - This house was used in the early 1960s as a communications center and living quarters for the Secret Service when President Kennedy visited the family compound in Hyannisport.

We had an absolutely wonderful three days in this gorgeous house and wish we could have stayed longer. It was so comfortable and well equipped. We loved the close proximity to the beach, sitting on the front porch in the sun, seeing seals in the harbor, and being in a quiet neighborhood yet so close to great restaurants. We also very much enjoyed visiting the JFK museum. Before our trip we received wonderful information on the area from our host, which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had an amazing vacation! The house exceeded our expectations! Communication was very quick and they even checked in to see if we needed anything more. I can’t suggest this property or renter enough! Location was a very short walk to the quietest beach. More than anything you could need was in the house as well from cookware to the sweetest lap blankets for the cool night on the fabulous back deck. Thank you !!

Extremely clean, well-appointed, lovely home just a short walk to a beautiful private beach. The host was friendly and quickly answered any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and more, plus a lovely yard for kicking around the soccer ball and playing some highly competitive badminton. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home to others.

Well furnished well restored historic home. Upgraded appliances and 3 bedrooms nice master bedroom. Small kitchen for 8 people. The walk to beach was much further but there was an alternate route but you needed a car my husband has heart failure so he couldn't do the recommended route. Overall it was I rry nice home and close to downtown Hyannis.

For future travelers planning their trip, our home is located exactly six houses away—a flat, two-minute walk—from the neighborhood beach entrance. To make this short walk even easier, we provide a beach wagon to help guests effortlessly transport chairs, coolers, and gear. However, we completely understand that health conditions like heart failure make any walking difficult. For guests with stricter mobility limitations, we always recommend a quick 1-minute drive to the nearby public beach parking lots for maximum comfort, or as you noted, a 1-minute drive to the Esty entrance of our neighborhood beach. The house is a great location and the host is very friendly/communicative ahead of time. Check-in and out were very smooth processes. Completely recommend the place for families or smaller groups of adults. The one thing is that the place definitely does not comfortable fit 10 people, even with 7 adults we were struggling.

Great vacation!

Beautiful, peaceful property!

Perfect getaway spot, especially in the off season. Home is equipped with everything you need for an extended stay and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent, check in/out was very easy. Definitely will stay here again!

Comfortable house, close to beaches, town

Great location for family with young teenage kids - quiet, close to beach, also walkable/bikeable to town and shops. Owner was communicative, check in was easy, house was clean and comfortable and well-stocked (kitchen utensils, lawn games, extra beach stuff, etc). Would stay again.

The house is centrally located for you to explore all of Cape Cod. We love being close to Main Street and all the restaurants and we especially love our private beach. Never crowded, warm water in the summer. No need to drive to the beach!
