We had a wonderful stay! The condo is very clean and has been updated, while still maintaining so much character with its collection of charming antiques. The real highlight for us was the location—being within easy walking distance to Main Street made exploring, dining, and shopping so easy. Everything was seamless from start to finish. We would love to stay here again!

This is a wonderful place to be! The home is bright, cozy and fresh, and is part of the history of Chatham. The location is ideal—only steps away from downtown Chatham restaurants, shops and historic sites. Our host is very quick to answer any questions. She anticipated all our needs and the house is immaculate and thoughtfully equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean, spacious, with updated bathrooms. The location is perfect- walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Oyster Pond. Allison was very responsive. We had no issues with our stay. Decor is more antique than beachy, but overall a great place for a visit to Chatham.

Our stay was very pleasant — quaint, clean, newly renovated, walkable distance to downtown and beach. Our host, Allison, was very friendly and if I needed anything, she would get back to me quickly. *TWO* things we didn’t like and recommend for change: 1) the doors (bedroom and bathroom) in the Gillford Buck suite is hard to shut and to open and probably needed to be sanded down so this made it very hard to open or shut the door and the process of opening/shutting was so loud. 2) the guest bedroom has two twins beds however, the placement was weird and if I can describe it, it would be as if I didn’t complete a Tetris level. I would wake up to my partner’s feet every morning (we gave the master bedroom to his Father) — still fine but I think the feng shui is off. Overall, next time we visit, we will consider staying at 79 Cross St. again, thank you Allison!

Pictures didn’t do the house justice, we found everything comfortable for 3 adults and an infant. Would easily stay here again!

Renovations are complete/wonderful. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and all aspects of our stay have been 10/10 both times. Amenities/communication from the host are excellent. Location is top notch…walk to both town and beaches. Can’t wait to stay again.
