Clean & cozy, steps away to the beach and plenty of places to eat/shop, this is the perfect spot to stay and worked well for us, as a family traveling with small kids! Host was wonderful and so accommodating!

It was a great experience. Very centrally located, but not too much traffic. Lloyd of nearby restaurants and attractions. The proximity to the beach was the biggest draw! The owners were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful house. Truly just a few steps to the beach. We had a small delay when checking in due to a miscommunication between the host and their house cleaner, but our host quickly stepped up to resolve the issue. We enjoyed our vacation and the house was perfect for our family.

This is our favorite spot have been back year after year. The only issue we have is picking the right week for decent weather. The location is great close to shopping, food, and entertainment. The place is always clean and ready for us when we arrive. The owner is awesome, friendly, professional, easy to get ahold of if needed. I would recommend to a family of 5/6. We manage with 5 nicely. The kids have their own space in the loft. The beds are comfortable.

Great place to stay!

This was our second trip and stay in this bungalow. Very convenient to the beach and not as busy as some areas. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Another great stay in a beautiful location!

This was our 6th time at this property so we do love it! It’s the best location for a quiet, relaxing beach trip. Kim is wonderful to work with and the house is well stocked.

Best stay ever

I was so impressed with this spacious unit and how close we were to a quiet beach. I have stayed on this beach many times but having your own house was beyond our expectations!! I will definitely be staying here again and extending our stay!

Relaxing Beach Bungalow

I had a wonderful stay at this beach house with my family. Its cozy vibe brought me joy and relaxation. Accessing the beach for sunrise walks was super easy and walking across the road to the river side for sunsets is a memory I will never forget. This beach house had everything I needed for a one week beach vacation and I will definitely be back!

Our Yearly Home Away From Home, Tradition

Great place by the beach!

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. We had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and it was an easy walk to the beach. I’m sure the location was even more beautiful before the big house was built next door, but we still felt like it was a great location. It was a busy weekend in Orange Beach/Perdido Key, but we felt like we were away from the crowds. We always found a spot on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Beachfront Bliss!

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront villa! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better, with direct access to the beach, I will add that the beach in front of the villas is not crowded, it was so nice!! There are great restaurants and shops nearby. Kim was fantastic—always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. It was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. Highly recommended!
