This is a lovely and clean place! Had everything we needed for the week. Check in and check out was a breeze. And communication with the host was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to Waters Edge for about 16 years. This is the first time in 415. We love the view from the balcony and the high top table and chairs. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was adequate. The whole unit could use some TLC and a deep cleaning. Our biggest complaint would be that there were only 2 wash cloths in each bathroom ( there should at least be 5-6 for a weeks stay).We love staying at Waters Edge and will definitely be back.( just a suggestion for the owner- we have found that a smaller table and bar stools work better in the space- then you would have more room for a couple more comfortable chairs

This was our 5th time in 415 and still love it! Beautiful view right on the gulf. Having coffee in the morning on the balcony, watching dolphins, pelicans, and the blue heron. The condo is clean, spacious, and supplied with everything one needs. H

Great family time

The condo was perfect for our family. Right on the beach with a great balcony view. Condo had everything we needed. Parking was very convenient.

Relaxing Stay

The property was as pictured. Easy check in and checkout. We definitely went at a quieter time of year and had a very relaxing stay. It’s also definitely worth the short drive to Destin to eat at Boshamp’s!

Spring Break 2023

The condo was beautiful & had everything we needed for our stay. Couldn't have ask for better weather and the beach was beautiful. Perfectly located to the best restaurants & things to do.

Waters Edge

This is probably our 8th time staying at Waters Edge and it never disappoints. Coastal Vibes was excellent from booking to checkout. Beautiful property.
