This is probably our 8th time staying at Waters Edge and it never disappoints. Coastal Vibes was excellent from booking to checkout. Beautiful property.

We Love staying at Waters Edge. The Property is always well kept, pool is beautiful, views of the gulf are amazing and parking is great.

Great family time

The condo was perfect for our family. Right on the beach with a great balcony view. Condo had everything we needed. Parking was very convenient.

Relaxing Stay

The property was as pictured. Easy check in and checkout. We definitely went at a quieter time of year and had a very relaxing stay. It’s also definitely worth the short drive to Destin to eat at Boshamp’s!

Love this Place!

Beyond our expectations! The unit was extremely clean, fully stocked, and very welcoming. Easy keyless entry. Great view of the ocean. Easy access to shopping, and restaurants. Great time relaxing and enjoying our Christmas and New Year at the Beach.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was very clean and well organized. We had 2 adults and 3 kids it was plenty spacious for all of us. The views from the balcony are beautiful. The whole resort was very clean and everyone we ran into was very nice and professional. Will definitely be returning

Perfect!

This was perfect for our family of 4. My 2 boys loved the bunks and how they had their own tvs. The kitchen was well stocked down to the charcoal for the grills. Beautiful beachfront/ ocean view. The facility management kept the property well maintained. We loved this place. We hope to return next fall.

Excellent Condo

Condo was excellent! The condo had everything that we needed. It is located next to the elevator which has its ups and downs. Quick access to get to pool and beach quickly but if you are a light sleeper you could be woken from the elevator traffic. Condo has a large pool which was great and beach service was a great added bonus. The staff at the facility was friendly and did a great job keeping the common areas very clean. I would recommend this condo and facilities to friends.

Perfect in every way!

I cannot say enough about this room! We stayed in Unit 415 and everything about it was awesome!! The parking garage was FANTASTIC....being able to park literally right outside your door and having the carts there to carry your stuff in was an added bonus!! This room is right beside the elevator which is always a plus and the walk to the beach was right there once you come off the elevator. Another huge bonus was the ice machine they have on the property that sold bags of ice! Room was very clean and very modern and having a washer and dryer was great! Also very well stocked!! Great vacation and looking forward to staying here many more times in the future 😊

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was perfect! Very nice and had everything we needed. My only suggestion is to the management company. My suggestion is to add the checkout information in the beginning packet that some people may print out. Just makes it easy that looking for another email at the end of the stay. Also, use text messages if the condo is ready earlier vs. emails. That is what everyone else in our group recieved. Just a suggestion moving forward. Again, the condo was lovely and super clean. Thanks for helping to make our vacation wonderful.

Great communication / Great Condo / Could be Cleaner

Overall I would stay here again, but would like to see a more thorough cleaning and a couple of minor updates. Dirt / dust was visible on baseboards, bathtubs/showers had natural build up of grime from old age in creases / corners and probably just need replaced. The washing machine needs a good detail as it had a faint smell of mold / mildew. The gasket / seal probably needs cleaned all around. Just a few minor things. I would still rate the stay a 9.5 out of 10. Great communication with owners, etc. Sheets, furniture, floors, kitchen, and toilets were all very clean.

Super Ft Walton Escape

This was the perfect location for a beach getaway...and probably one of the better places on Fort, Walton Beach. First of all the accessibility to the beach was perfect with a nice and neatly mountain boardwalk. pool bathrooms, or constantly being cleaned and that was much appreciated. In my opinion the pool is the largest on the beach, and so nicely maintained. It was the perfect escape at the end of the day, or at the chop was a bit rough. Will, the beach service attendant, was very helpful. I gave him a daily tip(($10/day) and he had our chairs set up for us with our names on it for the week. Beach service was included but it is first come first serve basis, so it was nice to have our chairs ready when we were. These guys were hard-working and impressive carrying 12 at a time when setting up. Unit #415 was a great location for us for many reasons. It was very accessible to our vehicle parked on the top level. Second, it was very close to the elevator --we thought that this might be a downfall. We found the noise from the elevator did not bother us. The unit was neat, clean and representative of the photos online. Everything worked from lights to appliances. We were told to be notified that our unit was ready for us to move in earlier than the 4 o'clock check-in… Super appreciated!! If you were trying to football records. This complex and unit again.
