This Condo come with:
-- Two Free Beach Chairs & Umbrella (March 1 - October 31)

This beautiful beach front condo is located on the 4th floor with direct, unrestricted beach access. The spacious balcony also provides unobstructed views of the blue water, stunning sunset and sunrise views, and wildlife you may see on the beach or in the water. Watch the Okaloosa Pier fireworks from the balcony or beach every Weds during the summer. The condo is conveniently located minutes away from Downtown Destin, many local restaurants and shops, and the Harborwalk Marina area.

The primary bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed with two bunk-beds located just in the hallway that provide additional sleeping space for two, perfect for teens or kids. The full sized kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware and cookware. We also provide fresh linens, towels and starter amenity kits with your booking, as well as access to the in-unit washer and dryer.

The Condo complex is a great place for a quiet beach side getaway fully equipped with two beachside swimming pools, one is heated during the winter months for the Snowbirds! The property also has an exercise room, tennis & pickleball courts and a barbeque area. You will enjoy your stay in this beautiful, clean, and newly updated condo without crowds and loud noise. The scenery is breathtaking with the most extraordinary white sand beaches and emerald water in the state of Florida.

This property was exactly as described. Beautiful views, extremely clean. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the condo was well supplied. It was exactly what we were looking for and we would definitely stay at their property again.

The condo was perfect for our Memorial Day weekend. It was stocked with everything you need and had the perfect view of the gulf. We really enjoyed the balcony. Even though it rained all day, we were still able to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at Phil and Dawn’s beautiful condo! It was so clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. The best part was the gulf view and we loved spending time on the balcony. We walked over to Stewby’s a few times and that was so convenient and so good! We really enjoyed our time at Fort Walton Beach would love to come back and stay here!!

Very clean. Great view. Even with Tropical Storm Bertha, we still had a wonderful time. When we couldn’t get out due to the weather, there were plenty of games to keep the kiddos entertained. Lovely condo. Lovely hosts.

This was a perfect stay for us. We were looking for a place right on the beach with a beach view and this was it. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was just the two of us and we are in our 70's so the space was just fine. It had everything we needed to cook.We were here at the beginning of spring break and had no trouble with noise or crowds. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a great visit! The super quick,easy walk to the beautiful beach and super soft white sand was incredible. The included beach chair service made life so easy. Condo was very clean & well appropriated. Check in/ out was quick and easy. Stay here--you won't regret it!

Beautiful View and Condo

Our host Dawn was so kind and accommodating when we asked to come in a few hours early! Strong and clear communication from start to finish. The condo truly felt comfortable and like home, it was hard to leave. The bed was so comfortable. Washer and dryer, two bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen were very much appreciated and made it feel even more like home. Super easy walk right out to the beach! A+++ just beautiful

This was the perfect beach trip. Waking up with a cup of coffee looking out over the ocean is my favorite. All was easy to use and understand. Beach chairs and umbrella are on a first-come, first-serve basis, so get up and get out there early. Great area too with so much to do around. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
