The property is beautiful and well located. The condo is very clean, and the host is very responsive. I would definitely stay here again. Just steps to the beach or pool. It is fantastic.

Our family loved this condo. Very spacious and the beach is so close it feels like its just in your back yard. The check in was easy as well as parking and getting luggage to the unit. The small store nearby is also a plus. Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely perfect! It was super nice, clean, the location was excellent and we loved the fact that you can park on the same level as your room so you don't have to deal with elevators. The beach view was absolutely breathtaking! I would 100% recommend this place to stay! I will definitely try to stay here again if we visit Okaloosa Island!

Great condo, very nice and spacious. Great host as well. I would however recommend a better job mopping the floors thoroughly including cracks and corners but especially the overall surface area of the floors (I recommend guests to wear socks throughout the condo, and even then, ours got dirty fast). I would also recommend better job dusting things like blinds, etc.

We stayed in this condo last year. It was exactly what we wanted: 3 bedroom with beds, not bunks, three bath, beach view, well stocked. Perfection is impossible but this is nice.

Unit was as expected according to website. Convenient parking. Two issues - floors appeared clean (vacuumed) but couldn’t walk barefoot for 5 min without feet/socks being extremely dirty (black) but they can and steam cleaned the next day and that helped. Other issue was with fridge seals allowing ice buildup and couldn’t open freezer door all the way. We had to use a hair dryer to melt the ice on the rails so it would slide open. Also no hand or bath soap included. Other family members staying in other units had hand soap supplied so u think it’s a management company thing. Other than that the stay was wonderful. Free chairs and umbrella included was nice

This condo unit is very convenient and yet private enough from the larger portion of the overall building. The condo itself is very comfortable and well equipped, but some may say it’s a bit worn like the overall facility. That being said, its positioned on a nice part of the beach, has ample swimming pools and the attached parking garage with direct access from the 3rd level to the condo really helped with check in and out, plus trips to the grocery or to local attractions. Beach service a real PLUS ! The ease of transactions with Sunset was a plus. We had a concern with the shower floor in the Master bathroom being very slippery. We bought a shower mat that helped. I don’t think that it was as result of cleaning products after trying to scrub the floor . Only real complaint.

Fort Walton at its finest

Perfect corner condo on the third floor with drive up service from the parking garage. Half way down the island and perfectly located. Only six floors in the building so you can see both pools from your balcony. Modern appliances with a jacuzzi tub to end your day. Bring the salt and pepper and a steak for the outside grill and you have the perfect spot for a week!
